I was able to make my appt the same day. And even though Heather had to poke me twice (too dehydrated and blood wasn't coming out--even when she pulled the needle out I didn't bleed) I literally did not feel a thing! Amazing! She was friendly and quick. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, Heather!

Heather was fantastic. She came out to our car and helped my husband go inside with his walker, and got him back in the car, as well. She was very efficient in processing the paperwork. And the blood draw was so painless he didn’t even realize it was over!

Caution.... I have been going to this lab location for about 8 months now, and I love the staff. The facility is just run down. I switched from the other local lab that was rough with taking blood and their customer service. Over my eight months visits, I have been receiving bad lab results that were not consistent with my gene disorder. The results were not normal and prevented me from getting treatments. Sometimes my monthly result repeated to be the same. This past week I did my lab work at Quest again and they repeated last month’s results. I said enough as my body was telling me something's wrong - I went LabCorp in Savannah. My results came back totally the opposite of Quests (results of 8 months). My labs showed I was way overdue by two months for treatments. I thought what if I never changed Labs I would have been in medical trouble; worse what about all the people I saw getting lab work done at this facility.

I have a standing order for blood work. I've used quest labs in chicagos Atlanta and now here in Hilton head. Quests biggest issue is inconsistency. I have received a range of experiences from excellent to awful. This location was understaffed. Only one technician on duty. She was doing the work of a full staff greeting patients. Performing blood draws Wanda was exceptional a great asset to the company. I even joked with her she was doing the job of four people and they should pay her 4 times her salary. I think quest needs to evaluate their business operations more closely and recognize that people like Wanda work hard to make it all work out Wake up and take care of you're people.

Face mask signs in your reception area are all over your office. If you are going to require people to wear face masks you should supply them! There is no receptionist in there, but is a check in pad .. however if your want people to check themselves in on a glass pad ..... Clean the glass! Covid is transmitted through your hands! How stupid can you people be??? Maybe you should also study how viruses are really transmitted! Masks do not work! And you call yourselves medical professionals??? I think not.. don't go here !

This facility is wonderful. Even with COVID procedures in place, the staff are friendly and helpful. April was so pleasant and cheerful. She had a challenge with me because I brought in written physician orders from another state so she had to navigate that as well as draw my labs. I drove from Hilton Head to this location because the reviews were so great for this facility. It was a good decision and I will make the 20 minute drive again if necessary.

I took my wife there to get her biometrics done for our Virgin Pulse. We made the appointment using the Virgin Pulse app which was very easy. Everything was covered by insurance. We arrived and followed strict COVID rules even though SC doesn't enforce them. She was taken in about 10 minutes. Her name is posted on the TV monitor with the estimated wait time which fluctuates constantly. It first showed her at 5 minutes, then 30 minutes and a couple of minutes later they came out for her. She was back within another 5 minutes. End to end, it took about 15-20 minutes from arrival to departure. Not too bad.

Robin was excellent and her years of experience show and how effortlessly she took my blood work today. Thank you for reminding me my fear of needles is all in my head :)
