This Planet Fitness is Awesome and the staff is amazing, I love this PF! Kudos to Adam the manager as he is so nice and inviting. Adam always greets with a Smile and Good Morning and is “Always” willing to help out with all my questions. He is a Fantastic employee and always has a Smile! He's an asset to Planet Fitness! Adam welcomes you and makes you feel like he truly cares about his Planet Fitness location and the people that he works around! Thanks Adam for working hard and taking care of your clients! You truly excel! I “Highly" recommended this location of PF as it's never overcrowded and the staff and amenities are Awesome! Kudos to Adam and I am Very Happy to Provide a 10 for Planet Fitness: Bluffton, SC.

Nice and clean gym with new equipment. WAY too many tvs in here and not enough mirrors. Don’t we come to gym to get away from the couch and tv? It’s kind of distracting and totally unnecessary

New member and I was enjoying my time at this gym, it does get a bit crowded with the younger crowd at times holding up machines on their phones but otherwise my experience was okUntil yesterday, I attempted to purchase a water bottle from the female employee at the register and was flat out ignored. She was bent over on the counter typing away on her phone and I called out to her several times to get her attention before I realized she was intentionally ignoring me as I was standing right in front of her inches from her face. She refused to look up from her cellphone and acknowledged me. The young man finished with his customer on the other side of the counter and had to walk over to help me. It was very rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if she wasn’t on the clock and couldn’t be bothered by customers, but if you are going to stand in front of the register I would assume as an employee you are there to help/work. Luckily I am a black card holder and I will just relocate to another planet fitness that has better customer service.Update - store manager reached out to me quickly and apologized for my experience and offered compensation. I really appreciated the prompt response and eagerness to rectify my experience. I can say the management team definitely cares about their customers and their gym and are doing a great job. Thank you so much for reaching out Adam I appreciate that.

Edit. After this review they reached out promptly to correct the issue and return our money. Good job. Thank you.This place is absolutely horrid. We have reached out multiple times to get an account cancelled since moving across county and they have charged me every month plus a member fee when I've told them I moved. The employees at this store said they do not have a management team to help and I'm pretty much screwed. Good luck to anyone who ever moves and forgets to go in person to cancel, they will continue to steal your money and offer no assistance. There are much better places to give your hard earned dollars to in that town that have much better customer service. I would give less stars. If they EVER help before I have to get a new debit card I will update. But as of now, this place sucks. Do better planet fitness.I'd like to add in case they ever see this. It's my husband's acct with my card.

Tried to apply for a day pass today online as that was what I was told to do. I downloaded the app, completed the information and was told I couldn’t obtain a day pass. I won’t even try to join again.

Clean, friendly staff, good location. Only wish they were 24 hours 7 days a week! But can't complain honestly the place is great. Great range of equipment.

Workers are very rude and don’t understand that I pay 25$ a month for a membership I shouldn’t be bothered for hitting a machine for not even 60 seconds in the express area. I advise everyone go somewhere else unless you wanna be bothered by old Karen’s and Karen workers ?♂️
