Nick was amazing and so are our new bikes! We showed up at 4pm thinking they closed at 5pm (they actually closed at 4pm). Nick stayed after, let us test drive bikes, and even sold (and built) us two bikes. By the time we were leaving it was 6pm and I definitely felt sorry for holding him so long… but I’ve never felt more appreciated and respected as a customer anywhere else.It’s in the middle of a huge private neighborhood, but the store had a good selection and the staff is awesome. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again. Hope you enjoy the cheerwine, Nick.

My LCD screen on my pedego boomerang was not working correctly. I called the store and talked to Cole who said to go ahead and bring it in. The screen was not repairable but he had one in stock. So he replaced it with a new one. We were in and out within an hour. And it was also covered under warranty. He was very professional and also very friendly. If you want a great bike and great service after the sale this is the place! I would highly recommend this Pedego store!

I just have to say that my customer service experience with Pedego has been unbeatable. Ross at this Pedego store has taken great care of me. I brought my bicycle down to HHI for vacation and had trouble with my battery (still under warranty). Ross was very concerned I would miss out on the great Pedego experience while on vacation and arranged with my dealer back home to get me a Pedego rental to use while on vacation with no money out of my pocket. Great customer service Ross is top notch

We purchased 2 bikes and had them shipped to our home on Long Island. Phillip was very helpful in educating us about e bikes. After riding another brand Pedego was the right choice.

Philip was fantastic! My son and I rented a tandem, what a great bike! Easy to ride and having the extra “push” allowed us to ride 18 miles around Palmetto Bluffs highly recommend this great bike shop!

Great time riding with my wife, who hasn't been on a bike in years. She refused to try until we found Pedego. She fell in love with biking all over again. The staff their is very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're at all uneasy with getting on a bike again. Pedego makes it easy.
