Stopped in for gas this morning. The attendant was outside the door smoking. He followed me in and i paid with debit for gas and a soda. When i went out to the pump it did not reflect that i paid for gas. I went back in and he said he accidentally charged it to a different pump. I looked at the other pump and someone was getting gas on it. He went in the back for a couple of minutes and came back with a coworker. She gave me a blank receipt with 0 dollars on it and said i wasn’t charged. The receipt she gave me had no debit card info or any way to tie it to my card. I requested either a refund or gas from another pump in the same amount and she said there was nothing she could do. She called the manager in and she said if i do get charged to call corporate. She was king enough to give me the number. Terrible customer service! I will be charged! Its already a pending charge and i saw someone else pumping gas on the pump he charged it to. While i was waiting to get this resolved the same attendant did it to another person. The manager said he was new. Totally understand it was not his fault if he was not trained properly or supervised. But a new employee standing right at the entrance smoking a cigarette? And no one else watching the store. I was a customer of this station for years. So their employee made a mistake and i’m out the money for the time being. . I wonder what would have happened if i took gas and told them i will pay them in a few days?
3 days later my debit card was charged. Obviously the clerk was telling me a bunch of lies. So now i have to spend my time going thru their corporate to see if i can get my money back for their error. As i said if i took gas without paying it would be a theft. They took my money and its a civil matter.
Update: 5 days later after emailing issue as instructed in response below and calling 3 times having to leave a message no one has made contact with me.

We have went here 5 times and every time the front door is locked and nobody can get in.
Today is “the register is down”
The other day it was “cashier is at the bathroom”
Something new every time.

I got the Parker's rewards card and have been trying for 16 mins to get gas. Has to move to 2 different pumps test function work. Not worth any discount Finally had to just use my regular credit card. What a huge inconvenience.

Every time I come to this Parkers its always a good experience. Brittany, one of the cashiers always greet me I think she's a good cashier with great customer experience. She always make my experience at this parkers a good one.

Just wanted cash $65 in lottery tickets. This lady said she was about to close @ 6pm? And I was told to take my tickets somewhere else! I guess that's what they call customer service at that location.
