Kile Willett (and Palm Casual) is the best! We had an issue with a Glider and the manufacturer required dealing with them directly and pay for the replacement part. Kile made sure the glider was fixed by Palm Casual with no out-of-pocket expense to us. Palm Casual offers great products and exemplary customer service.

We visited numerous stores shopping for outdoor furniture. Our last stop was Palm Casual. Kile and Megan where outstanding. Very knowledgable, friendly and helped us navigate the many choices in their show room. Truly run like a family store. I was extremely impressed with Kile's knowledge of fabrics and color combinations. He was able to help my wife pick the perfect combinations. We ended up buying our entire list of porch and outside furniture that day! Its not only quality furniture but the best prices on Hilton Head or Bluffton. They made the whole process including delivery painless and enjoyable. We highly recommend Palm Casual to anyone in the market for furnture products!! You won't be disappointed!

Bought my outdoor furniture about a year and a half ago and could not be happier! It lives outside and still looks brand new! Recently ordered more new furniture for our soon to be completed pool! First pieces came in so fast we aren’t even ready for them! Kile, Megan, and the rest of the staff have been amazing to deal with! If you’re looking for work top quality and service don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

The very best place on or off the Island to get your patio furniture! The staff from the floor sales people to the delivery staff to the owners are exceptional. We have had the opportunity to have them furnish our beach condo patio and our primary residence patio and could not be more pleased. They took time in the showroom to ensure that we made the best possible choices for our needs. Their expertise and their designer eye made it much easier to make the right decisions. But they also gave us "space" to consider our choices. The absolutely perfect shopping experience. They were very conscious of our budget and tailored their recommendations to fit that budget. They even gave us some loaner pieces until our furniture was delivered. And the delivery people were super efficient and helpful. They have a great warranty policy in addition to all of the greatness noted above.We love looking at and using our new furniture and no doubt will do so for years to come. Do yourself a favor and go see them. It is well worth your time.

Lots of options to look at. Kyle was attentive, not pushy. Found cushions in the back that were larger than the swatch that we picked out to ensure we loved it. Loved the family atmosphere. Great service. We'd go back to purchase there again.

My wife and I recently made a purchase for the screened in lanai in our new home , the staff was great to work with . However we did have an issue with part of the order and I got nervous that this would end up being my problem. Kile stepped up and made it right , my wife and I were relieved. A business is only as good as it’s ability to stand behind their product . We weren’t disappointed thanks again Kile .
