Very helpful staff, energetic, and wonderful customer service. I had my alignment done with them and they were quick and to the point. Definitely recommend paying a visit if you need any work done. 10/10

Just wanted to say how amazing this business is. I have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed. Did not have an appointment and was taken care of immediately. The quality of attention and material is exemplary. Laurie and the guys provided phenomenal customer service! 10/10 recommend!!!

Lori and the team gave me great service even on Sunday. They examined a tire I was having trouble with and did a whole bunch of checks etc. They got it back in working order and because there was nothing wrong with the tire they didn't even charge me!

Woke up to a flat tire yesterday (Sun) and figured I wasn't going to have any luck fixing it until the next day. I found that the NTB In Bluffton SC was actually open so I drove my vehicle there. Upon my arrival the office was very busy with only one person answering phones and one tech in the install bay. Despite being very busy, both Lori (behind the desk) and Don (tech working in install bay) gave me the best customer service experience that I've witnessed in a long time. My tire was fixed in 20 minutes thanks to Don delaying his lunch break to take care of my vehicle. Lori was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere when it came to answering all of my questions. Given that customer service is on a sharp decline as of late, I felt I need to point out these two who are still getting the job done. Thank you, I will be back.

Wife and I were heading out of Hilton Head returning to Greenville, SC (4 1/2 hour drive) on Sunday morning when we noticed a nail in the sidewall of her tire. Called 3 places that were open nobody could accommodate, NTB had one guy working and got us in and out. Thank you NTB for replacing our tire for a reasonable price and making sure we were good to go!

Went there a few years ago and shelled out over 2 grand to fix my lil Civic’s issues. I was young & dumb and they used every advantage to squeeze every dime from me on something that should’ve cost $1k max. My uncle ended up fixing the issue on his own.
Said I’d never go back but I was desperate this morning and needed an emergency tire change. Big mistake. 3 and a half hours later and after many other customers came and went, I was finally charged $400 more than initially quoted on the phone (right after another customer complained about the same thing right in front of me).
Plenty of other places to go with much better service.
That said, the tech was polite and did a good job as far as I can tell.
Edit: Changed to 1 star as half the tires I bought when I wrote this review a couple months ago are now completely flat from me doing my whopping 3 minute work commute 5 times a week. Ridiculous.

I am very thankful that NTB was able to fix my flat tire with a minimal wait. They started on the flat right away & had me back on the road in a very short time. The employees were very kind & courteous. Thank you NTB! Susan & Jack

This review is for the location in Bluffton. I was there a couple of days ago and notice the lady at the front (Lori) verbally maltreating the other front desk employee (male) in front of customers.
Lori needs to have an intense people skills training as well as customer service etiquette. Lori was on her personal cellphone while dealing with other customers and not even discreetly. A male coworker asked her about a tire rebate and attitude increased by the second. I hope this attitude/ behavior is not tolerated at NTB, and facilitate Lori with some intense training. If you doubt my experience just create “secrete shoppers” at the Bluffton location and you will see.
BTW the interaction with other employees at this location was very professional.

I had a very bad experience with them because they lost my whole bunch of the keys Later he found my key in another car and so they gave me some discount. And then next day they gave me an appointment at 4 o'clock for just to fix one of my car tyre and even though I reached there on time, he made me wait for an hour.

Just wanted to say thanks to the NTB Team in Bluffton SC. My daughter hit a curb and busted a tire. It was a holiday Sunday and most places were closed. Not only were they open but had the best selection of tires. They were very busy but agreed to replace the tire to get her up and running again. Much appreciated and great customer service even thought they were super busy!

Wife got a flat while on vacation. Everyone we tried were closed but NTB. We were able to get an appointment minutes later just before closing and got the tire replaced. Can’t ask for better service.
