If i could leave 0 star i would have, and i havent even been serviced here. Have been trying to go the last two weeks two mondays, wednesday friday saturday and a Sunday all around noon mid afternoon and its closed, doors locked. Change your store hours, its on the door!

?DO NOT GO HERE?BIG NO FOR ME (zero stars if possible; it’s a Negative-1000 out of 10).My family and I were in need of a new phone asap while on vacation here. Unfortunately, there was only one Metro by T-Mobile location in the area so of course this is where we went. We arrived around 5:15pm and while the inside lights were on, store doors were locked shut. We found this weird being that store hours are 10am-7pm on Monday’s and no sign showing “closed early”. So we left and in about 15 minutes we called the store number. Whomever answered told us they’d been in the back office and I guess closed the store but had just reopened (I told him that we’d been standing there awhile knocking and doors were locked). We asked to be sure that he’d be keeping the store open until 7pm before turning back around and he said, “yes”… THAT WAS A LIE! Got there around 5:50pm and do y’all think he was there? NOPE! All lights on, but door locked shut! I called back three times, still no answer. I decided to leave a quick voicemail and in following this review.

I used to dread coming to the store because of the customer service and the lack thereof, yet within the last couple months I have been not only pleasantly surprised but literally blown away by the attention to detail, amazing customer service, and just simple common courtesy that DAROWE shows me. I was ready to switch companies, simply because I could not go to my local store and get anything accomplished, and I will say that the whole entire reason I have stayed with Metro T-Mobile is because of this customer service representative and his phenomenal work. Keep it up! In this day and age is hard to find people that genuinely care about their job and what they do, it's refreshing to know that there is still great employees out there regardless of where they work and what they do

The employee, Mr. Kim, is extremely helpful and informative. Service was beyond great. Store is always very clean and tidy. It's always a pleasure to go there.
