i set an appointment to get my hair cut and i went to the door, mind you it had an open sign, and the doors we locked. we called and texted the hairstylist and she has yet to respond. we called the place and they haven't answered any calls. i can't see how anyone could run a business this way.

I am older, lost some hair & for the first time in my life it's DRY!!!!. I had been trying for 8 yrs to get my hair back to at least look a little like it did. Ppl were always commenting on the texture, color, health all of which I had lost. Erin has taken time to research, experiment & find the right products for my hair. After 2 years my hair is healthy, shiny & almost completely back to the hair I had for 50 years of my life. Completely professional yet patent & caring. Won't let anyone else touch my hair!!!!

I've had previously good experiences with this salon, but I was honestly severely disappointed with my most recent visit. My mom and I went for routine haircuts--mostly a trim on her part--and were going to get our hair cut by Wanda.
My mom, as I stated, basically wanted a routine trim. Instead she got at least 6 inched cut off, if not more--way more than what she wanted. Yes, hair grows back, but that was way too much and she was legitimately distraught by the results. No one should have to pay good money for a hair cut that literally makes her cry.
I was similarly disappointed; I usually go for an inverted bob--long in the front, really short in the back (I like to get my hair off of my neck, especially because of the heat). She cut waaay too much off the front, and made up the difference by not cutting near enough from the back.
It's most frustrating because this is a haircut I would get from GreatClips for fifteen dollars. My 17-year-old cousin with no practical experience did a better job to my hair in a bathroom than a professional hairdresser did in a salon.
Tl;dr: if you get Wanda as your hairdresser, tell her you want it a few inches more than you really want it.

Erica is awesome! Shes great to talk to as she gives great cuts. She is knowledage with styles and color and Is able to really cater to your image of what you see yourself like in your head- which Is really hard to find

Wanda was very nice. However, both my daughter and I were unhappy with the end results of our respective haircuts. Both were shorter than we asked for, mine significantly so. I will not be going back.

Impressive best describes my experience. Initially walking into salon, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Wanda did a phenomenal job giving me a style that was uniquely me! The owner had red carpet hospitality. Truly a moment I plan to repeat again. Worthy of more stars!

Jesse is amazing! I don't usually talk while I get my hair done, I have always felt some what intimidated at other salons. But Jesse made me feel right at home and the conversation was awesome. The husband and wife team were great as well. Although I didn't get my hair done by them they had many clients while I was there and all were very pleased. The place itself is nice but the three of them are why I will being a regular! My hair looks rockin and I have no complaints!
