We have purchased multiple mattresses from Reggie at the Mattress Shop in Bluffton/ Hilton Head area. Last week we purchased a tempurpedic mattress to replace our own mattress and to say it is a massive upgrade doesn’t even come close. It is AMAZING! The purchase experience is great from start to finish. Based on your sleep position, etc Reggie can help guide you to the right option. My husband and I went mattress shopping locally to many different mattress shops. We found the right one when we walked into MATTRESS SHOP! Reggie is the owner is truly knowledgeable about mattresses. He asked all the right questions on what we were looking for. He listened to our needs and guided us to the ones we may be interested in. No high pressure selling! Reggie was patient with us until we found the right mattress. When we got our mattress delivered, the setup and removal was also a very positive experience. Reggie (the owner) is fabulous and knows the questions to ask to quickly narrow down the search for a mattress based on how you sleep, etc. Fair pricing as well. We needed to replace a way too soft mattress at our vacation rental. We walked in on Monday morning and although he didn't have the one we wanted in stock, was able to rearrange some orders coming in and deliver one on Thursday. We will be back for our guest room mattress the next time we are in town.

I have been using The Mattress Shop for over 10 years. I work with Reggie and he is top notch! He has furnished 3 homes with beds for me. All have been amazing. His team is always on time and so easy to work with. But Reggie out did himself last month. My Mama is 88 and needed a bed that she could get in and out of. He was amazing. He told me how to measure to get the correct height. He ordered her bed, set it up and she decided she wanted a larger bed. He made the whole process so easy. He never hesitated, he ordered her a new bed and she loves it! He will take great care of you and your family! A family owned and operated business. This is the only place I will buy beds from!!!

In the market to replace my king mattress, I shopped a couple of stores and found that I would have to spend $4300. Then I found Mattress Shop in Bluffton. They were knowledgeable and friendly and did not try to sell me the most expensive. They listened to me and I ended up with a comparable mattress to the $4300 mattress and paid $2300. I recommend you see these people when you need bedding.

Best mattress shopping experience I have ever had. Reggie was helpful, but not pushy in helping me pick the perfect mattress. Customer service here is superb! The price not only was the best in the area, but the mattresses were delivered free of charge and set up, with the old mattresses removed. I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

I went in looking for a new bed. Mr Reggie's service from the start was top notch a 10. Very helpful and had a genuine care. The bed I paid for was a Grandmere king pillow top. It ended up having an issue with the padding. After I told Reggie about it, he no questions honored warranty and I absolutely love my bed. It's people like him that make the buying experience worth while. Thanks Reggie.

April of 2021 I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable frame at the best price in the area. My adjustable wouldn’t raise. Even though it is the Malouf Company’s responsibility to honor the warranty, Reggie sent his tech out to reprogram the units. If Malouf came out it would have cost me to get someone to move the mattress and and take the headboard apart as they would only replace the unit if needed. Reggie coordinated with Tim at Malouf so that he took care of the problem for me at no cost. It was my ignorance that the plug was in the bottom outlet connected to the wall switch. If I need another mattress there is no doubt that I will go to The Mattress Shop. Reggie gives outstanding customer service.

I My wife and I were trying to find a "big box store" but saw this from the road and pulled in. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and the price on a name brand was unbelievably inexpensive. Next day delivery and a great price. Done deal. Highly recommended!!!!!!! Thx
