We shopped around and decided to replace our homes door handles. Door handles for home have: 1. keyed entrance ways, 2. hall/closet passage, 3. Bed and bath and 4. Dummy door knobs. We purchased and started replacing and got to the dummy doors and noticed that the brand, Reliabilt in the Olivia style with the Antique bronze finish has no dummy door knobs available. The have the finish listed but listed it as not available. It seems to me that you should be able to just order these and then wait on them. The Lowes Reliabilt customer service could only tell me what they saw on the computer. Non are available and they don't know if or when any would be available. It seems to me like it is bit like selling you a door package for your home but finding out you have no closet doors or buying a car but the wheels are not included. Why buy this brand if they cannot supply all the door knobs needed for your home? If you plan to buy replacement knobs for doors or for an entire home I would check to make sure they have all the doorknobs needed. Realibilt was a major disappointment.

I order a dryer. The dryer came and it kept tripping the circuit breaker. They guys took it back. Called the store and they only refunded $806, when it should have ben $1074. I waited 45 minutes to talk to a manager and when he finally got on the phone he told me he could only refund $50. Not sure where he learned how to do math. I asked for a District manager number and he would not give it to me. Horrible Customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Eleven day nightmare so far to get 1 cabinet delivered ranging from cancelled delivery, put on truck so damaged that it looked like someone hit it with a sledge hammer, ignoring my dates available to deliver, condescending store manager, charging my cc before I'd even received merchandise, lying, and I'm still waiting on the product. They suggested that if I wanted to get the cabinet undamaged to just get it unassembled. I thought I was the customer. Setting a really low bar here. I guess the 78 year old woman is supposed to put a 71 inch tall cabinet together. Customer assistance non-existent. Beaufort, SC store could care less if you get the product and what kind of shape it is in. Shove the merchandise out the door and like it or lump it. These are just the highlights. I will never set foot in the store and if you are smart, you won't either. Btw, like a child I was reprimanded for saying "this is just bullshit." Yep, I said it. Bet if I had been a guy, they would have gotten away with something better than bullshit.

The GM here is a terrible coward. His delivery team on our appliances completely did a bad job and he would not take my call. Very disappointing that he does not handle his business with professionalism

Just had one of the worst experiences, and we are spending around 18k a month in lows.So when I questioned why thePrice was different....the come back line u speak Spanish...noAnother gut comes over and ask u ..do u speak English. Yes,...can u read yes ....then he start talking in an insulting manner,Well I just had enough, and I leftI will drive farther to buy what I need.When the commercial desk messed on our order ....or material failedI never went off.....but for an American to speak to me like I'm some idiot that came off the boat it's un called for.That english Spanish expression or dialog has no place with customers.Google review had 0000 it will be a proper score.I'm curious how many times I got bamboozled by the yellow price tag...lol

They don't stand behind what they sell and obviously do not trust their vendors. After fighting for 6 months with Frigidaire on a fridge we bought that was defective, we finally got a return authorization. Have to go back thru Lowes. Rather than taking care of all the paperwork in store so they can just swap out the fridge, they are making us wait until it's picked up so they can process the return. Then we can purchase a new one and wait for the delivery. Will probably be 5 to 10 days without a refrigerator. That means another day off work for the pickup and yet another day for delivery. Store management just quoted corporate policy. No help

If I could honestly give this review zero stars, I would. During the month of December, I experienced the worst customer service experience for a product that I PAID FOR...IN FULL. It's amazing how many lies I've been told, only to remain stuck with a refrigerator that I still cannot use. It's spoiled my food several times and get this...I even purchased the extended warranty. Managers will literally promise you anything, just to get you out of the store. A service technician still has yet to make it out to my home so, essentially, I've been without a fridge for a month. According to their policies, I can't do an exchange, receive a refund, or replacement. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere if you have a dire need for a new appliance.

It's always a pleasure to shop here! We met Dan, new to the paint department (previously in tools), and he helped us with questions we had about low VOC paint - little or no odor! I have serious chemical sensitivities and have been nervous at the thought of painting our new (to us) house. I'm SO excited to choose colors for my white, white, white home. 4yrsold, it has the original contractors' paint on the walls. It's terrible.I have a stack of paint swatches, magazine ideas, and Pinterest boards to leisurely choose from now. Thank you Dan, and thank you Lowe's! We'll be back soon. :)
