I usually get very anxious when getting my labs done and always get lightheaded. But a sweet lady named Savita helped me with the anxiety. She was calm, kind, and professional. It was the most pleasant bloodwork experience I've ever had. Savita deserves to me recognized for her excellent work!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They are unorganized. I’ve been here 3 days in a row and they said they had not received my records when I came in today they had a copy of my records and the date received on it showed two days ago. 3 other people came in and has appointment’s and we’re told they did not have re it’s for them either. !! This one young lady had MS and they said they finally had her orders but refused to complete her bloodwork because she had an 18$ Balance and sent her home after she waited half an hour. The organization of the orders leaves so much to be desired and an huge stack of papers unalphabetized and random orders as the lady took FOREVER TO FLIP THROUGH EVERY SIGNLE ONE EVERY TIME SOMEONE NEW WALKED UP three people were told orders were not found…. Hmmm wonder why? Also, I got here at 9 am. I was the first patient in the waiting room and there was no one else there however five more patients came in the 2 to 3 employees continue to have breakfast and joke around in the back for another 20 minutes before they acknowledged our presence many were fasting, and I myself have cancer and cannot sit for long periods of time it was so unprofessional and they were so rude we need another reputable owner or Director of this establishment.teach them how to use that filing cabinet with paper and alphabetical order. PLEASE

3 star, staff was great, tech blew my vein, being a medic in the army for 4 years I get it it happens, but she tried to lie! Please don’t lie to your patients blown veins happen.

Horrible experiences 3 times in a row. 3 strikes. Never again will I ever go back to this location!!!! Forget making an appointment and don't let them say those with appointments have priority, because thats not true at all. And if you address it, you regret yet something more about the visit. I have a decent-sized hematoma from the girl who said, "it won't bruise!" After I repeatedly telling her it hurt like hell during the draw. They have zero personality and are far from kind and compassionate. Never again!

3 HORRIBLE experiences in a row. Never, ever again will I return! Rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and the entire staff seems very unhappy or miserable. Forget making an appointment because they don't follow that at all. They saw a handful of walking after my appointment time, and I checked in early. The icing on the cake was the massive hematoma they gave me as a souvenir of our forever departing. I repeatedly emphasized that her draw was painful. She replies, "it won't bruise!". Look y'all...I've had my blood drawn several times due to thyroid disease, and I've never had this ever happen to me before. My suggestion for all is to think twice before making them your lab work option!

Very quick service at this location. They are always helpful and have a lot of technicians available for speedy service. Check in is done by computer stations, then the front desk assistance will call your name and ask if you have your work order or if your doctor sent it in. Next step is your lab work. Very easy. Office and rooms are kept very neat, tidy, and clean. Offer easy online booking. Highly recommend.

The staff at LabCorp were truly exceptional. Originally, I had an appointment at a different location, but due to heavy traffic, I realized I wouldn't make it in time. Fortunately, there was a closer LabCorp, and despite them closing in just five minutes, I decided to try my luck there. I explained my urgent need for blood work, and to my surprise, they warmly welcomed me with open arms. They quickly accommodated me with a smile, without any complaints or hesitation. I cannot praise them enough for their understanding and willingness to help. From now on, I will always choose this location for my blood lab needs. Thank you so much to the incredible staff at LabCorp.

I have been to labcorp 3 times in the last 2 years and had very good experiences. Willie May is a star. If you book your appointment, follow the on screen instructions once you arrive, your visit will go smoothly. Give our healthcare providers a break and appreciate all they do for us.

I had a great experience at LabCorp in Bluffton SC. Willie May was the phlebotomist who drew my blood, and she was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and very gentle. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. She also explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Willie May and LabCorp for anyone who needs bloodwork done. They are the best!

I had a wonderful experience today. Although they were very busy today, the wait was limited and they were very efficient in getting people through.The front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful and the waiting room appeared to go quite smoothly. I am usually a very very bad stick and was prepared for the worse. To my surprise, my lab technician, Ianthe Bing, put me at ease right away and got it on the first stick ( which never happens ) and honestly I didn’t even really feel it. So I highly recommend this facility!

The 1 star rating goes to Willie May as she was the only worker who was pleasant and tolerable. This place needs a deep sterile cleaning in the waiting room as well as the lab testing rooms inside. Was ignored for a bit while standing at the reception window until I was finally acknowledged by another female worker. I was trying to ask if my orders where sent in, before I signed in and sat there for an unusual long amount of time. Well they did receive my doctors orders and I proceeded to the SIGN IN computer tablet. I gave all the asked and necessary info and still sat there for a LONG period of time, before Willie May called my name to the reception window, I approached and was told the computer did not register 1 of my cards. I had to pull my card out of my purse and wallet once again to give her the info. I was then told to sit and wait for my name to be called. Meantime, all the people that came in after me, already had their testing done and I was still sitting there to be called.Small cramped waiting area, rude workers, dirty office and long waits. STAY AWAY from this place.

Went to pick up a test kit for someone else on Monday June 26th. Arrived at 1:14 PM door was open, I walked in and tried to sign in. I was immediately verbally assaulted by a staff member questioning what was I doing there and how did I get in. I said door was open and before I could say anything else I was very rudely and disrespectfully told they were at lunch until 2:00 PM. No attempt to help or apologize for the inconvenience. Clearly serving patients is NOT a priority for them.

I made appointment in advance, checked in 5 minutes early, was told that I would get a text when they were ready for me. Tiny waiting room was packed, every seat taken, about 6 people standing around. I didn't get a text for 70 MINUTES! Then, it took 10 more minutes to call me from the waiting room to the blood draw. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgement about the wait. Fortunately, the blood draw itself was technically fine. But 80 minutes from the appointment time is unacceptable

I have been to the LabCorp in Bluffton three times in the last month and all of my experiences were the same. So it's not just an occasional thing I believe. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, impatient, and I could go on and on. So far the only person I can give kudos to and think she is doing her job well is Willie May. I was reading some of the reviews today after my appointment and realize that there are way more negative reviews with words like rude unprofessional disrespectful and yelling at you! Is this the way you want to run a business. I see some people have been questioning it for two years why things are not changing and that's my question?? If you know that people are horrible at their job and very rude to everyone and could care less, why are you not retraining them?? It seems like management must approve and go along with this and maybe are even like this as well or else this would have been dealt with. I for one, would like a phone call from management so we can talk. Does anyone there really care?
