Just visiting from Greenville, the salesman was on his phone when we came in. He never engaged with me and my friends, so of course we purchased nothing. We have stopped here in the past, not a good image for your store. Thought you might want to be informed!

Visited Johnston & Murphy, February 11, 2024, to purchase one pair of shoes. The store was pretty busy and the Manager was working alone, but provided outstanding service to everyone. I decided to purchase two pair of shoes, then the Manager informed me of a discount offer, which made perfect sense to buy a third pair. Great service explaining the discount where I walked away with three pair of shoes and a belt. Shoes are excellent as well. Long time customer and will return to this location later this year.

This store is great!! Came in about a half hour before close and Fey did an amazing job trying to help me find a great pair of oxfords! Excellent shoe selection and great customer service!
