Sales clerk not wearing a mask. I thought it was the law on Hilton Head Island. I didn't feel safe so I left without buying anything. Not a good selection of merchandise

I love Janie and Jack clothes... I've been shopping with them for two years now. I would like if I walk in the store I could be treated fairly. I shop in the store in bluffton three to five times a year, everytime I'm in the bluffton store I'm never greeted until I walk to the back and check out the clarence items then I'm ask may I help you.. I have had enough of the all black people steal mentality.

First of all, I would like to say the clothes are adorable. My daughter received a gift from a friend and it was not the right size. I had the receipt in my hand and tried to return/exchange the item, because it ended it 0.97, the policy is you can't return/exchange (FINAL SALE)it. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I worked in retail for several years and never heard of this. Therefore, I will NEVER shop at a Janie and Jack store.
