Stopped in recent Tuesday, small sign closed for appraisals. Visited next day forwatch battery had 6 watches lined up on counter ahead of me.? Very independent.Left feeling I was bothering them. Poorattitude.

Have been here quite a few times for watch batteries and to have links removed from some watch bands or other bracelets. Always excellent and fast work. Outstanding customer service.

Just Stopped in to get my watch battery changed. He changed the battery and gave the watch a thorough cleaning while I waited!!! Very Nice People!!

I have been to Island Time jewelers several times. They have done top-notch quality at about 1/3 the price of any other jeweler. I have a very nice watch, waterproof and I trust it with no one. I went there and they have been excellent and the treatment restoration waterproof, batteries etc. I even bought my son a used Tag Heuer watch for graduation and they refurbished it it into meant condition. I paid about 1/4 of the price once again. I highly recommend this couple and of course they’re adorable dog.

Do not trust the people who own this business. Very dishonest and will take advantage of customers. Especially watch out for Michael, he is either under the infuence of something or just mentally umbalanced. When I was in there Saturday, he became very aggressive toward us beccause he was called out on his dirty business practices.
