We placed an order online and their cutomer service after is horrible. Already billed me and shipped us half the item and can't figure out where the rest is. Zero help. Been on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes with no fix. Lowes it is for us.

I have used HD in the past for delivery service and not too bad but this time has need a terrible experience. First they delivered it to the wrong address. I went over and picked it up but it only had 2 of the 5 items ordered. I called customer service at the store and after waiting over 1 hour I contacted their national customer and they took the complete information and said the store would call me. The next day I heard back and they said they would send the right order on Monday. Monday came and they delivered the wrong items again, I have been trying to call day and waited over an hour each time but on one picked up. Where has all the good service gone!!!!!

Dillon has been in Millworks for the last couple years and has absolutely always done me right. He's very courteous, he always remembers every detail to my previous orders. And he's very very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know, he always gets me an answer . He calls me back just like he says couldn't ask for a better employee... He always returns my calls, And goes above and beyond every aspect to helping me . Thanks Mike May

Hands down the worst home depot I've ever been to. Zero stars. Will not return.I drove 45mins for two things that the hd app showed they had multiples of. Get to the store for them to have zero of both on the shelf. Walked to customer service because I couldn't find any floor associates. The cs desk associate was no help. Just pointed to an idle and said, "Go look there." After almost an 30mins of looking, I found an associate that looked for 2mins and said "Nope don't have them, hope you have a good day." Then just walked off.

Visited tool Rental to rent a 12' moving truck. The check out went fine. There was a broken light bulb and and old rake in back of truck when I picked it. Associate said she'd note to do a discount once I returned it since it obviously was not cleaned after last person returned it. Once I returned truck there was an older guy there that immediately gave me a bad impression. He asked where I parked truck, I said where I picked it up. He huffed and said fine. I assume he wasn't happy he had to walk. Was never told to park it anywhere else so thought I was helping by parking where it was when I picked it. He took a very long time to inspect it, so long I called my daughter who was sitting in car in parking lot to ask what was he doing. She said nothing, he had all doors open and was just sitting there. Finally once he came back in he said I was 15 minutes late. I said I was not. I asked about if there was a note about a discount. He said no notes what so ever. I said the lady who checked out to me said I would get a discount due to the broken glass from broken light bulb and an old rake being in back. He said there was no note so no discount. I asked so what should I do in the future. He said make sure they put a note. I said so you'd like me to do your job then. I then told him that he could at least remove the 15 minutes over. He removed the $5 over time charge. So basically you can't trust them and I have to just deal with whatever they decide. Not sure how it is my responsibility to ensure an employee put a note in a system I can't see or even shows up on a contract I receive. They way they have the tool Rental area is also like an afterthought.

Love Home Depot and the fact that you can find just about anything here. It's also great if you need to grab something quickly and use the self checkout to get in and out quickly. They also have a great selection of appliances as well.

Place is stuck in 1980 and needs a serious renovation inside & out. Parking situation is horrendous nightmare. Never staffed or stocked properly. Unpleasant shopping experience in a cluttered and poorly managed store.
