“Yesterday we waited 45 min to rent a truck and ran out of time because I had to pick up kids at a set time, so we went back and tried again today…this time I sent my husband in…and it took us over an hour to get the truck. I would be very annoyed by this, but they ended up not charging us for the rental because of the issues. While I still would have rather paid and saved the time we spent, at least they made it right. We understand that sometimes things happen.”

Jose Rosario and his sons Josh and Abios are the installers for the Bluffton Home Depot and they have installed the floors in the last 4 or 5 homes that we flipped and they are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, hard working and their attention to detail is excellent. I highly recommend Home Depot flooring installations because of Home Depot's pricing, the way they stand behind their products, and the fact that Jose and sons are expert installers.”

“I was so impressed with the service I received from Jeremy at the Lowes in Bluffton. He went out of his way to make sure to get me what I needed and then when I had to return the item because of damage to the patio table, he made sure that the one I exchanged it for was satisfactory. I have to say he was most helpful and friendliest person I have met in the Lowe's store over the last 15 years or so we've been going to Hilton Head.”

It was great that on each visit a staff member was patient listening to what I’d be using the products for. They took the time to describe the benefits and drawbacks, offering suggestions and alternatives where warranted. And they were priced the same or better than the big box stores. Highly recommended!”
