“My favorite gym I have ever belonged to! Cynergy is always clean and the staff make for a safe, supportive, inclusive and family-like environment. Jake, Lauren and his team always greet me when I come in, support me or spot me when I need it and help me feel encouraged to workout hard. I have accountability, friendship and support in this gym. For someone who used to hate gyms and toxic gym culture, this gym is night and day compared to other experiences I have had.
