Expensive, but convenient. They are quick to answer the phone and get your car scheduled for service. Staff is friendly, for the most part. They have a waiting area with a TV and Keurig machine for those wondering.

The worst tire center ever. They installed tires on my Highlander. I took it by to have the tires rotated. They told me I need new tires. I purchased 70,000 mile tires and I have 29,900 miles on them. I may look all girly and a stupid blonde but my Dad was a mechanic and I was always helping him. They should be shut down for trying to take advantage.

Passing through town on our way to Michigan. Our car was making a bad wheel bearing noise. By chance we pulled in hoping they were open on a Saturday (which they were) In less than 2 hours, we were back on the road. They were professional, fast, understanding of our situation, and did the job right. The manager and tech came out to speak with me to keep me updated on our car's progress.

Car was riding rough. Could feel every bump. Left it with Goodyear. Came back later as directed.
They didn’t check the suspension. They changed the four spark plugs and charged me over $250, including $35/spark plug.
When I asked about the cost they became very defensive and arrogant.
The car still rides rough.
Never going back there again.

The store manager & staff were top notch! Even though I showed up ten minutes before closing time, they got me in & out with 4 new tires & a smile in under 30 minutes.Great service, great people!

After entering vehicle type information into their website, the price quoted is dramatically different than the price charged. Do not trust their website, when you get in the store it will be much more. Very low value for the service. Dealerships are cheaper and just as fast.

Ordered 2 tires and it took 14 days to arrive. Scheduled a specific appointment for mounting and it took almost 2 hours to complete. Would not recommend this particular Goodyear for any work. Have used Goodyear in other locations for 15 years with great customer service but now will no longer patronize this location.

I went to get an oil change and I accidentally left a bunch of cash in my car without thinking. But when I got my car back, the cash was still there, completely untouched. So it's nice to know they have trustworthy employees. The oil change was also super fast. I only waited for like 45 minutes!

I am so disappointed that I was lied to by this company. I was told that I needed a new fan belt at 150.00. So I took it to another local shop and the owner came out and looked at my car and said the fan belt was just fine, that the serial numbers weren't even faded and there wasn't any wear on the sides of the belt. So disappointed in this company. I'll never buy tires there again. They're so untrustworthy!

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable, but when you make an appointment for a Tuesday at 1pm for one new tire, an alignment, and an oil change, it shouldn't take too long. I brought my car in at 1pm, and after 3.5hrs they only changed out the tire and did the oil change. It was still going to take a while to do the oil change. They were plenty of employees around, so i didn't understand why everything hadn't been done. I had a huge issue with their other location, so i thought i'd try this one.......and i learned my lesson. The 3 stars are for the kindness of the employees, but management needs to look into handling customers time alot better.
