G & J is extremely overpriced and the owner has an attitude. Several times, I've rented equipment the equipment is falling apart or so old that its more of a liability to use! Sunbelt rentals is nearly half the price to rent and they will reimburse money if you have equipment for only a few hours instead of a day rental. G & J does not reimburse money for short usage or faulty equipment. G & J in the past has accrued extra charges onto rentals then would tell me to look at the fine print on the contract (when you don't have a contract in your hand until they run your card and expect you to pay full prices plus whatever accrued charges they can tack on). Sunbelt rentals it is!!

Gahagen and staff do a fantastic job. Straight forward, honest, and advise you every step of the way. My son and I have bought many things over the years and most recently a battery operated Stihl mower and trimmer. Well priced and super warranty and service. Don't go anywhere else for rental, purchase or service needs.

These people are the best! I have not rented equipment but have bought Stihl tools from them ...they are dealers ...and have gone in for service and repair. Always a great experience!

Great service! Owners work in the store and are friendly and knowledgeable. A+ for customer service. Can’t say enough about my great experience and will not take my lawn equipment anywhere else from now on. Service techs really know their stuff.

Excellent customer service and fair prices!!! When you call someone actually answers the phone unlike the big box stores. This is the only equipment rental business I go to. Bonnie and G are a pleasure to do business with!

Rented a sod-cutter last minute and the Staff were courteous and informative. Never used one before, so the gentleman took the time to give me a thorough “how-to-use” class and answered all of my questions with genuine patience. Will be back for all future needs.
