I was able to buy a Navien NPE 240A2 Tankless Water Heater over the counter at Ferguson. Local plumbing company installed it in 3.5 hrs, including a NaviCirc re-circulating valve. Whole process could not have been easier. Thank you Ferguson!

A plumber recommended this place when I was having difficulty finding the right part that I needed for my tub stopper. Thankfully Emmanuel helped me. I gave him my part and he tried out several parts to make sure he found the right one that would fit. I'm grateful that he took the time and effort to find me exactly what I needed. I put it in my tub and it fits perfect. Thank you!

Purchased/ordered a sink and a faucet on 12/16/2022. Picked it up the first week of January. When the plumber went to install it and took it out of the bag is was scratched. I called and was told I could bring it back to the store but if I needed a new faucet I would need to order it by phone so it would get to me quicker and come directly to my door. I ordered it right then. I received the new faucet and it was fine. I had it installed. I took the scratched one back on 1/27/203 and received a receipt that it would be refunded back to my American Express card I used to purchase it. It is now 2/10/23. I have called the store 5 times....which really took 12 times to get anyone to answer! They say it has been refunded. American Express says it has not. The lady at the store who did the refund messed up several times and kept doing it over. The store gave me a number to call for accounting. They were rude and told me I needed to go through the showroom. This has been very stressful. No one at the store really seems to care, they just keep saying it has been refunded. SOMEBODY at that store has $507.41 that belongs to me! American Express has now taken over and are disputing them. I will NEVER EVER order from this store again!!!!!!!

Paid for our Thermador kitchen appliances over 13 months ago...still waiting for our range hood. Was told it was in, had our old one removed and still nothing resolved. No sense of urgency on their part.

I recently had to purchase a Sub-Zero fridge in your Bluffton location. The process was awful. Nobody answers the phones. The voice mail states I can wait, but nobody answered for an hour. On four occasions when I left a message, the turnaround on a return call was never the same day. It wasn't easy. When we finally decided on the product and the price, they sent me a written quote which was more than $300 greater than the amount agreed. When I told them, they said, "I don't know how that happened, but I'll issue a new quote." I would describe my experience at that location as TERRIBLE...AWFUL...NON-RESPONSIVE. The message I got was, "the customers aren't important to us" and "we have no urgency to respond to customer request".

The plumbing fixtures are amazing here. If you can't find it here, you can't find it any where. I love the selection of lighting here as well. This store tends to be expensive, but they carry top of the line manufacturers with reputations for quality. They do have sales periodically on many products. It is definitely worth it to stop in if you want to do a bathroom or kitchen remodel. They have mirrors too.

Last year my husband and I purchased 3 toilets, many faucets, a kitchen farmsink and kitchen faucet. We worked with Caitlin Smith and were very pleased. Now we are remodeling our master bath. We stopped in the Bluffton showroom last week and were lucky enough to be helped by a young lady name Lexi Bellamy. She was very helpful and eager to assist us. That was the end of our good experience with Ferguson. We told her we'd schedule an appointment to make our choices. Trying to schedule an appointment through the main number to make purchases is VERY difficult! I'm told it's not possible to contact my local showroom! Who does business like this? And stop using COVID as an excuse for poor service. There is no such thing as "customer service" today. It's a thing of the past. All companies seem to care about it making life easier for its employees. Forget about customers needs. Good selection to browse and very helpful staff. We liked how we could easily see the prices of the appliances and we also really appreciated that the employees were wearing masks. Thank you for being considerate to those visiting your store.
