The car was raggedy missing gas cap people kept stopping me telling me i was missing one in which became aggravating and imbarassing. Also it was big dents on passenger car wasn’t wash when it was given to me and the service light was on a remain which lets me know car been needed service. So i believe that was a car that they gave locals when we rent because im from the area in which i feel is discrimination because i still pay the rental price as another person. Upon returning the car the young lady was rude unprofessional stated that she was the manager that she was charging me 150$ because the car had a slight smell of smoke i told her that i smoke outside the car that it may have lingered off my clothes in which she agree but still charged me i ask to speak to her manager she then said im the assistant manager and my manager is in a meeting.Common sense if i had smoke inside of the car it wouldnt had been a slight smell it would’ve been strong. I would never rent or tell anyone to rent for enterprise in Bluffton sc again i believe they used my money for that service that ragedy truck all ready had needed

Well this 2024 year of travel started out wonderful with Enterprise and continued to this trip which was a little more stressful for me but Enterprise made it wonderful Morgan helped with getting the vehicle I need to transport the Grandmother's to the wedding it was clean and spacious Thank You Enterprise your staff was on point with everything and a especially Morgan for being so patient with me to make this less stressful Till next time Love you Guys.....

Amazing place! So glad I chose to drive a little farther than Beaufort for my rental, when my car was in the shop! They put me in a very clean and spacious rental which was perfect for driving around with the baby ! I have an expedition and they put me in a newer one with upgrades! Makes me want to trade mine in for a newer model !! Outstanding customer service and shout out to Morgan for the return smiles and bright personality ! 10/10 recommend

Worst customer service. I was 10 minutes late to pick up my car and the woman behind the desk told me there was nothing she could do and I lost my rental. I had to take a car an hour to Savannah just so I could rent a new car. Horrible experience.

Called to get a price quote on rental, reasonable rates for a month. Was informed the rate depends on when the car is picked, so asked for when it was reasonable. Representative was unable to answer, and disconnected the phone.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here today, even though I have a corporate account & premier member, renting from enterprise multiple times a month, using a CC at airport locals and debit cards at branch locals.Since I didn't bring a CC to the branch I asked the woman employee what is the difference, if the licensee matches the CC/debit card & proof of insure & a deposit is taken either way?.. she didn't know and said who doesn't have a CC in 2024, absolutely rude.My mother and my baby were there, so my mother said she would rent the car in her name with her CC, and they wouldn't rent to her,even though they are not the business owner. This employee was beyond rude. 'm not happy with how things transpired.

Do not rent a vehicle from this location. After being delayed in traffic and a loyalty member, when I arrived in my RV I was told my vehicle was given away. 2 girls at the counter offered nothing but sarcasm. Customer service # did nothing to resolve the problem. Called the Airport location the next day and the mgr. there took care of me and delivered the vehicle as I was in an RV. I rent multiple times for multiple days but find myself looking elsewhere for a vehicle now. Have gotten no response from Enterprise so I assume they don't care.

Starting with the positives, the staff were friendly and eager to assist. However, despite my reservation, they didn't have a car available for us, suggesting a wait of one to two hours. As I was leaving, I got a call informing me that they couldn't provide a car that day and asked me to call back. This made me question the point of the reservation process. I then searched online and found another location in Hilton Head. I called them, and Mike, who was very friendly, managed to secure a car for us.DON’T RENT A CAR HERE! ?RESPONDING TO THE MANAGER, I will not waste any more time with your branch! I reserved a car, showed up and was told to go home and you would call me in a few hours to let me know whan my car would be available, then you called me within an hour and left me a message that you would not have a car for me.I ASK, why have a reservation system and not have cars? Should you turn off your reservation system when you know that you will not have automobiles for the reservations being made?

I have been renting their cars for more than 15 years and so far I consider that they are the only ones that always have a car at very low prices and they return the full deposit and respond instantly to any problem.

Huge Thank you to the staff at Bluffton, SC local Enterprise. Special Thank you to Trey for his patience and kindness during checkout and Morgan for her early morning laughs when I return the vehicle. My family and I appreciate you all for great customer and providing us with the vehicle we needed for our family vacation during the busiest time of year… Thank you so much!!Highly recommend!!

Horrible, ppl where nice, but got way WAY OVERCHARGED for a vehicle.. the insurance cost more than the rental and a economy car was more than the luxury vehicle i reserved.. but they didn't have in stock..Would advise use HERTZ
