No return calls, expensive, unwilling to work on problems. It was great when they picked up on Wednesday. Delivered on Friday, now only Wednesday to Wednesday and often not then. Do yourself a favor and just avoid the grief and drop somewhere else. Circle center is theirs too so no different.

I had a wonderful experience dropping off my wedding gown and engagement outfit!! They initially told me 2 weeks for the wedding gown, but they had it done in 2 days! I dropped it off Monday and had both dresses in hand by Wednesday the same week. Super awesome experience, and I am so thankful!Services: Special care fabric cleaning

When I came to pick up my rugs after cleaning I was shocked by the price. Getting them cleaned was more expensive than the purchase price of the rugs combined. I had asked for an estimate first and never got one. When I expressed my shock they said I could call the man who cleans them. He was incredibly rude, insisted I never asked for an estimate and that “the rugs were his now.” The dry cleaning company eschewed any responsibility. They said they normally tell customers that he is “pretty pricey” and the charge per square foot but none of that information was given to me. The only call I got was that they were ready. Never any quote for pricing. Not sure how well they were cleaned. They are still rolled up, but there is some stray pet hair hanging out on them. Please save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Carpet & rug cleaning
