I've been in here a couple times with my wife now and I must say the customer service is on point. Every time we've come the sales people have been very attentive and polite. They sit you down and put different shades.. colors... tones (I don't know what it's called, it's just different stuff) while explaining and suggesting what you might like. Around Christmas time they have great deals on package sets. My wife made the comment after we left of how it's nice that they didn't treat her any different today (when she was just in "bummy clothes") than other times when she was dressed up. She also received something free by "liking" them on Facebook.

I was there at the end of May. It was a great experience. They had a great offer, a big discount for some very good products. And the people were nice and helpful.
