“We had a front passengers side tire blow out on I-95 just south of exit 22 that damaged the car to the point of it being undrivable. Charles was very helpful talking to us to come and pick us up and drive us to the location. He helped me unload the car and loaded our luggage and stuff into the rental. We were treated well by the staff to help over come our anxiety as a result of the car issue. If Charles had not come out to pick us up before the tow truck arrived, we might have had to unload the car and sit on the interstate since we could not ride in the tow truck due to COVID concerns. When we arrived at the store, they had the same vehicle ready that were own. State Farm and Hertz work well together. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!”
