He went out of his way to make sure to get me what I needed and then when I had to return the item because of damage to the patio table, he made sure that the one I exchanged it for was satisfactory. I have to say he was most helpful and friendliest person I have met in the Lowe's store over the last 15 years or so we've been going to Hilton Head.”
