Today was my first time going to bluffton lash lounge and will definitely be back. The girl working the front desk was super welcoming and very knowledgeable. Savanna did an amazing job on my brows. The whole set up is very spa like and comfortable and clean. Looking forward to returning soon.

I’ve gone a few times and each time there was glue left on my eyelids. Another time I got them done, two days later one eye was missing lashes. They aren’t really personable or trying conversations with the clients. I had No conversation with the people doing my lashes just laid down and got the service. I used to love going here, but had to stop because my last two appointments landed me with painful extensions where the classic extensions was glued to multiple natural lashes instead of one extension per one lash. During my last appointment, I had an extension that was really sore, and when it finally shed off I counted the natural lashes that were glued to it: 7. Seven of my lashes were glued to a single extension. I stopped going because although they looked pretty, they hurt and made me lose so many of my natural lashes.Customer service was always good though, so kind. I have patronized this business for over a year and have been happy with the service and have always adhered to their policies.Recently,the lash technician I used was on vacation so I booked my usual service with someone else.Within 2 days my ashes began falling out.1 week later I had none.When I called to explain the situation the manager tod me I would have to pay for a new set.I assumed they would stand behind the work that the technicians are being paid to do and correct the faulty application at no charge.I messaged the owner who said they would replace them.Then I received an email from the owner telling me I could no longer be a patron of their business.I was a long time customer and this is a very poor business practice.There are any (many)lash salons out there and I would recommend not using this establishment.Service: Eyelash extensions

I have been a customer of this business for approximately a year.While some lash technicians are better than others,I have not had a problem until recently.The stylist that I normally use was on vacation so I scheduled my usual service with another so as to keep them maintained.Within 2 days(with proper care)my lashes began falling out.On the third day I called the manager who was characteristically rude to me and tod me I would have to pay for another visit.By the end of one week,I did not have any lashes left at all.I contacted the owner of the business who told me I would receive another service free of charge,which I did.I then received an email from her(the business owner)telling me I would no longer be able to patronize their business.I was at no time rude to any of the staff during any of my visits.I expected the manager and owner to stand behind the service they provide and when it is done improperly have it made right without retribution.I would recommend people use one of the many other lash salons in the area.
