Went into the store to place an order -they have a great selection but very poor customer service. No one else was in the store yet Sarah and Chelsea did not make any effort to offer help . When I asked questions it felt like I was an inconvenience to them although they were sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Their attitude was very snotty and condescending. I guess they don't care to help customers or need business. I prefer to patronize businesses who appreciate their customers.

Went there today to look for a shower system and felt like I was a complete inconvenience to the woman sitting behind her desk.

Excellent product selection and Patrick helped make the process so easy. We definitely recommend Bird Hardware.
