“I stopped in late in the day to see if they could replace the battery in my odometer. They were busy bringing in bikes, I only had my credit card, no cash, they just took care of me and sent me on my way. Although not in there frequently, it’s the only place that I go for our bikes and I’ll be even more loyal now. I’ll take care of them next time I’m there. Great customer service from people who know what they are doing.”
“Nick was amazing and so are our new bikes! We showed up at 4pm thinking they closed at 5pm (they actually closed at 4pm). Nick stayed after, let us test drive bikes, and even sold (and built) us two bikes. By the time we were leaving it was 6pm and I definitely felt sorry for holding him so long… but I’ve never felt more appreciated and respected as a customer anywhere else.It’s in the middle of a huge private neighborhood, but the store had a good selection and the staff is awesome. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again. Hope you enjoy the cheerwine, Nick.”
