Travelled to the Tanger outlet to go to this store Dec 31. Website said open til 7. Got there at six. All locked up and closed for the day. Not cool. Want my gas money back.Happy New Year to all! Understand if you wanna close early due to holidays. Just put it on website.

Very clean & tidy. Fantastic sale prices but full price items are set up with sale items which I find deceptive. All 3 wick candles are not on sale but are put together. Gives a person sticker shock when a candle rings up for $27 dollars! Be sure to download the app for extra savings.

Last night I ordered almost $200. Of products from one scent. I had the items shipped to my NY home. I am visiting my HHI home and wanted to purchase the same items in person for use right away. It was Sunday at 6:50 pm. I knew which items I wanted and could get them quickly before the store closed. The door was locked at 6:50 pm and the manager was staring at me at the door. I asked if I could get an item and she unlocked the door. She then said to me "Really?! It's 7 minutes before 7 pm and you want to buy something now". I told her I knew exactly what I needed and she again said "At 7 minutes to 7 pm". I asked if she could direct me to the scent I wanted and she said she didn't know where it was. It was a Christmas scent and was displayed right on the front table. I then asked if she knew where I could get the foam soaps in that scent so I could check out. She again said no. She said the system only updates every three days and just because it says online you have it doesn't mean anything. I then put my items down and only bought 4 mini items. I asked another girl for help but the woman interrupted again saying the store had a sale and any items I didn't see weren't in the store! I will never return to your HHI store at Tanger again! She continued to put me down for coming in before closing. This rude employee just lost your company another customer. The receipt shows I paid at 7:02 pm because two of their registers tap pay didn't work, apparently all day from what the girl said. They had to ring me up at a different register as well as another customer.

I have such a pleasant experience at this store. Yesterday my cashier 3922160 (I wish her name was on my receipt) was so helpful while checking me out. She made sure I had everything I needed for this upcoming holiday season ?

Anyone know why the Bluffton store was closed tonight at 7:45 pm when the website and hours on the door say open til 9:00 pm. 3 people were ready to shop but turned away. Hopefully the manager of the store is aware the employees are leaving early. But an hour and 15 minutes is unexcuseable!!!

Nice store, stocked well and helpful staff. Easy parking, conveniently located, nearby restaurants and gas station. Parking can be difficult on weekends and parking spaces are smallish.

I have never been so disappointed in my life about a store nor a work place. My loving girlfriend used to work there and we love bath and body until now, keep in mind my GF has a disabled grandparent and a young elementary school child with THREE types of autism and they both need help at times. So my GF was hired with the impression that she would be able to work a full schedule and they understand about her family but they only gave her TWO/THREE days of work, for a couple weeks. But that's not the issues here, what makes me upset is the fact that when my lovely GF called to tell them that she wouldn't be able to work there anymore due too family issue the manager named Dawn told my GF that "Oh it's fine because it wasn't working out anyways" and quick brushed her off too go back to whatever she was doing before. All because my GF is not only shy and quiet but because she had too leave work early not only because she NEEDED to help her disable grandparent but the autistic child on different occasions. In my opinion this is wrong as I watch my GF look for a new job to help pay her bills and help her college tuition. And on top of that my GF has not yet received her paycheck from her hours of working there, I thought that people would do better by now. Very disappointed

I am so disappointed that they would not accept a return of plug-in warmers that were no longer working. They said this was their new policy but as a customer for many decades I found this to be very disappointing. I may be not want to shop there anymore. They could have at least offered me a discounted price to replace them. They offered nothing.
