Tiffanie (Tiffany?), was extremely rude and made me feel as if I wasn’t capable of opening up an account. I went to BOA because I am moving to Charlotte, NC in a few weeks and needed to close my accounts at my local bank and open a new account with a more wide spread bank, BOA specifically since cooperate is in Charlotte. Another issue I was having with my local bank was that they were not compatible with Zelle which is how I am to pay my rent. I explained to Tiffanie how I was in the process of closing my other accounts and could start a new account with BOA with cash I had on me and would deposit the check from my other accounts by the end of this week once I had pending charges settle. She then went on to say how I was being “ridiculous” about the Zelle and “how are you even going to pay rent with no money?”. She then told me the card would take almost a week to come in the mail and then I would have to go to a BOA in Charlotte to change my address. In a nut shell, she was very judgmental, rude, and did not want to open the account. I went to Wells Fargo right after and had no issues opening an account and the banker even wrote down things I needed to get closed before moving and was super excited and intrigued about my move. Will never recommended BOA to anyone after my experience.

Been banking with BOA for just over 90 days with a business account. Deposited a check yesterday from the same business 5 previous times about the same amount and received a receipt stating funds available that same day. Received notice today that now a hold till 1.12. Small business trying to grow and BOA doing all they can to stop that goal.Local branch no help.

Every time I go at night at least one machine is not accepting deposits! So frustrating and annoyingUpdate: Now if you go any night none of the machines will accept your cash!!!!

Horrible experience. I am a local business owner for over 20 years, met with Lisa opening my business account. She told me she would order my checks, and did not. She was rude, and argumentative when I confronted her. Tried for days also to call. Lisa explained to me they don't answer, because there a BIG bank, and not what I was used to!!!

I am a local business owner for over 20 years. I decided to open a business checking account at the bluffton branch. I met with Lisa while with her we were interrupted 4 times while she was repeatedly told her next appointment was waiting. Lisa told me that she would take care of ordering my business checks. I called repeatedly, to no avail. No one answers the phone there. I had someone go in to check on our checks, because my current bank blocked my account due to fraud, and my account being compromised. A week had already passed with no checks. About an hour later, i found an email stating that checks had JUST been ordered! Lisa was unapologetic, and argumentative. Days later, i received 50 checks that had carbon copies attached to them. Not what my business has used in over 20 years.Super bad service, she said they don't answer the phone because they are a BIG bank, and not what i was used to!!!

The banks anywhere near me both have LOCKED Night Deposits!! This is not helpful for working people without a bank card. (For atm deposit) I deposit money into my mother’s account. They told me to drive to Hilton Head—30 minutes in the opposite direction where there is a night drop available.Why??Why is it locked???Furious— very difficult to get there during business hours. I arrived this time at 5:02pm and was told to go to another location,,,, Ugh!We live in Beaufort and work in Bluffton —— the only night drop is on Hilton Head——

Lisa and Tatiana (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) are absolutely amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. I drive well out of my way to go to this location specifically because they handle everything perfectly. Awesome location!

called 10x for a simple question...recording says all are busy then disconnects you...does not deserve even 1 star for the pain it is... a business that does not answer the phone after 10 tries...SAD

This location has two drive-thru ATM's, and one located outside you can walk up to as well. The lines get backed up every day after 4pm. Mostly because people make deposits at the ATM all the time, and vans will pull up to the ATM with 4-6 people inside (all taking turns)...... frequently! The location of this bank is key to it's value as a customer.

Waited over 15 minutes at drive thru.Inside teller refused to come to windowUntil I blew car horn for simple deposit.Very rude teller told me to read sign. closed. There was no sign for closed.Manager- she is a poor reflection on yourmanagement hiring/training skills.I will be reporting this unprofessional incident to regional VP.Based on response, May close both BAAND Merrill Lynch accounts.

I have banked with Bank of America for 15 years and still am amazed at how awful the experience is when I go into the bank. The tellers are have no idea what customer service is.I have gotten many cashiers check from this place over the years and have never had to disclose the payees address or any other personal information but was rudely informed that they can only issue the cashiers check with the payees address (this is so they can farm information to send out useless junk mail to the people they now have information for also it is not required by the FDIC or any regulatory commission for them to issue a cashiers check) . I relayed to the teller that I have never had to do this before and she said they needed it for their back off software. I am not comfortable giving them anyone's address because I don't think it is any of their business. The fact of the matter is that they have my business account and my personal accounts and now I thinking that it is time to look for a new bank to change to.This branch is an absolute joke when it comes to the tellers and management need to take notice. If the 2 1/2 start rating that you have on google isn't evident enough that you have a problem then I don't know what is.3 visits in the past 2 weeks and every time treated like garbage. That does not breed loyalty. Not the branch for customer service.

One of the worst banks I have ever tried to deal with. Because I'm not a customer they would not cash a $5500 check. The reason was it exceeded their check cashing limits. So basically anybody that gives you a check from this bank if it exceeds their limit they will not cash it so that check is basically worthless. Other problems in the past yet too many to mention. I advised everybody to stay away From this bank.
