I’m not very good with Cars and my engine was starting to over heat. They were super kind and understanding, figured out the problem for me and fixed it with no additional cost. Great shop and super nice even if you don’t know what you’re doing

Called AutoZone and they were super helpful over the phone. Said they would help me change a battery. Pulled into another auto place by accident in Okatie. It was close to where I broke down. Completely different experience. They were into their phones and wouldn’t do an install. Luckily my car started one last time and I was on the road to auto zone. They were again super helpful in a very stressful situation. Also the battery prices at the competition were the same. The customer service is what will bring me back here. Preston and Max are why businesses thrive. Thank you guys!!
