There are limited places on the internet to review this company. A warning to all DO NOT WORK HERE. Under SC laws businesses are not required to give lunch breaks. While I understand this is a law, it is also inhumane to make someone work for 8+ hours without a lunch break. In fact, you can be fired from this business for doing so. I understand that most business have a policy against electronic devices, but they are a "family owned" business who turned a blind eye to an employee needing to check his phone whilst a member of his family was in the hospital. There seems to be a complete lack of disregard towards employees, and little to no respect. Employees are seen as machines, and not people. The business owners lack empathy and understanding. There are no warnings, or coaching either. You will be made to work a shift until they no longer need you, then they proceed to terminate you. Now ask yourself, do you want to be part of that "family"? I will be boycotting their services and ask others to do the same in the face of oppression and capitalism. On the outside the business presents great service and quality, but on the inside they're more akin to a slave shop.

Terrible at tool repairs. They said it is a 2 week repair, well that was in November 2020 and it’s now middle April 2021. I’m just going to keep this going just for amusement...maybe it’ll be ready next year!!

I dropped off my Makita weed eater for a routine/tun-up maintenance. Anchor said it will be ready in two weeks. After two weeks I called them to check on the status. “They said its not ready “we are behind on workâ€. I was understandable. Three weeks later I physically went and the weed eater was in the same location When I dropped off. I asked them when they thought it would be ready the maintenance guy said We don't know. So I decided to take it to Home Depot.
