I have called them twice in need, and they promptly showed up and were reasonable on the towing fee. I also hear they do mechanic work and are also reasonable.

Our semi got stuck while trying to turn around (longstory). We called and they were able to pull us out right away. Price was fair as I've been hit harder than what they charged. Thank you!!! I appreciate the quick response!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I asked them to thoroughly diagnose my car to see what the problem was. They told me only two things was wrong with it. I got there and car wasn't starting when I arrived. I paid about 500 dollars for really nothing. My problem isnt fixed and they never diagnosed my car.

*I don't normally leave bad reviews*Tessner's picked up my car after a wreck and insisted on towing it to their garage instead of my home. They then claim that they removed my tag and half of my things out of my car "to help me" but now can't find my things OR MY CAR TAG. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone bc they will STEAL from you!

Said first engine didn’t work after $700, then said fuel pump after he had an engine that would work for $700. Replaced with his made it 2 miles car would not start, then after having it towed back on my Friday evening picked up the following Friday after driving 20mies and the heater Cole hose had a leak with pressure coming from the manifold and towed back. Been there anther 10 days and currently being told the engine has to come out again because I ran it hot after driving 20mins from there shop due to my wore out hose that they also rebooked up!!! Also tried to say battery but I had to take the battery back and it tested good, fuel pump,new one already on it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Got our truck fixed my radiator the hose and got a oil change. Fixed it fast great job I recommend Billy and his crew to anybody that has a truck car or any vehicle!
