Treated my family very disrespectfully. Moved the body in a van. Tried to charge the family to see the body in addition to the fees already agreed. I wish that I could give no stars. Started singing very loudly and abruptly without being requested. Scared the family into shock.

Horrible customer service never delivered flowers; the obituary was horrible (incomplete, poorly written) never executed video footage as planned. Wrong dates were sent out to morning family members totally unprofessional. This place is dump and should be shutdown, very disrespectful to morning family members and completely unpolished. They should not even get one star that how rotten this place is.

My Family was Victimized by this funeral home. JP Holley charged my family for services that were never delivered at the time of service. JP Holley treated my Aunt Debbie, who is 70 years old, with the most disrespect. They Made my Aunt stand in the cold outside the funeral home because it was their policy to have the family march in. My Aunt Debbie, who is 70, just came from the hospital. She's not well. She could barely stand or walk. This situation worsened her condition, especially after seeing how the service was conducted. A complaint was filed today with the Office of Inspector General's office in South Carolina. A family member paid for flowers, but we never received them. Family members were told the wrong service date; therefore arrangement could not be changed with short notice. The place looks dirty. The staff had no compassion; they were rude. The only service JP Holley is offering is Victimization.

Warning!!!!! JP Holley Funeral Home is the worst funeral home in Bishopville. Their Practices are very unethical. Nothing was done correctly; JP Holley Funeral Home notified my family members of incorrect dates for the service, which caused a lot of confusion and pain. The printed programs were wrong!!! 90% of the information was missing. The seats were dirty and stained, Cracked windows. JP Holley does not care about the family's loved ones. Please go elsewhere because JP Holley will not give your loved one a proper send-off. You will leave JP Holley without proper closure; JP Holley causes more pain and grief. My family is seeking Legal counsel due to fraud. You have been warned!!

The obituary was incomplete the work history of my sister was left out. We were asked to send pictures so that the video would be shown - not done. The staff lady at from desk when I came in was not nice. I was told the dead certificates would be ready, but the director was not in. After calling this director three time then we were told Anthony would have to sign for them. We order 5 total only 2 was given. The director never came or called the family back.

I’ve attended a few services that JP Holley was entrusted with. I must say, I was very pleased with the professionalism and the allowance of the Holy Spirit to enter in. Definitely the staff I’m entrusting to do my home going celebration.

This funeral home is horrible the lack of respect from staff is outrageous. It’s disgusting inside chairs are stained up. Shattered glass in front of the building. This place looks more like a rehabilitation center more then anything.

From beginning to end the professionalism and the care that was shown to us was indescribable.
