So let me just say, I tried to call him earlier in the day and didn't get an answer. To my surprise, he called me back later that evening, and I didn't even leave a message! What a blessing this man is! He was very patient, and caring! He offered me a little off to help me out, and waited until I was ready to have my vehicle towed. (getting my engine replaced) In a world full of people that don't seem to give a dang, HURCULES stands out!! He cares and will do you right!!! Really amazing guy! Needed my EV towed 20 miles from a broken charging station in Lynchburg to Florence at 2 in the morning. I called two other tow companies and they wouldn’t come out because it was an EV, but Larry had no problem; he knew exactly how to handle it and got me back on the road fairly quickly. If anyone should ever need wrecker service- THIS IS ONE!! They took care of my mother and father in law yesterday when they had a tire blow out on their camper. With myself 3 hours away, I called several wrecker services in the area and Hercules was the only one that jumped in to help my in-laws whom are 81 years of age. The service got them up and running as they said they would!I want to send a BIG thanks again to this wrecker service!!!Service: Tire change

Thought he was helpful but charged me high rate on tow even thou single mom asked him to be fix but explained older car not a lot ended up charging me 900 and now 5 days later gace the excat same issue now I'm a single mom without a car .. n he is 1000 dollars richer ... Asked for reciept would not respond .. don't use unless u have money to throw away

While on the way home from work this evening, I ran over something in the road that caused a flat tire. I called Hercules Towing after the roadside assistance with my auto insurance took over 2 hours. Larry responded immediately. He gave me an ETA and arrived when he said he would. He was punctual and very nice. He changed my flat tire in no time and had me on my way. I would highly recommend him.Service: Tire change
