“I drive from Charlotte to the Charleston area and back a couple times a year and this is always my go to half way resting point. As a woman in her early 20s, I don't feel comfortable stopping just anywhere in the boonies by myself, but I have always felt safe coming here during the day or after dark. The bathrooms are always very clean, they have a good selection of food and drink items as well as some convenience items, and the cashiers are always great. I've never had a bad experience here and it'll continue to be my go to every time I make this drive.”

“Not the worst choice if you don't have anywhere else to go. The line took longer than it should have due to a single employee simultaneously waiting on lottery customers and regular customers. Took like 10 minutes for a line of 5 people. Definitely go to the pilot or the shell unless you like to stand in line. Fairly clean inside but there're only 4 pumps and the parking lot is cramped and almost crumbling.”

“Let me tell you something not only was this the Friendliest customer interaction. I have had South of the Mason Dixon. The owners were just the nicest people to everybody who came in and I would be remiss if I don't mention how clean their bathrooms where when I say clean. I mean, I have traveled a lot and I'm always hesitant to have to use a restroom at a gas station in the middle of nowhere, my wife also sed the Women's restroom was spotless. The food was good and the prices were lower then expected any were This owner truly knows Southern hospitality.I would recommend getting your fuel food or whatever you need here at this location.”

“Store was well stocked, and even for the early hour the employee working the counter was super friendly. Coffee was hot, it wasn't great but no were near as bad as other gas stations. The bathrooms were ok, but could stand a good deep clean. Would stop there again.”

“Store employee Tina was so sweet. I am from IN and had been on vacation in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We stopped by this gas station/convenience store on our way home and i paused for a second to see what “boiled peanuts” were as I’ve never seen them before. She took the time to tell me about them being a southern thing, that they are soft, salty, etc. and i really appreciated how nice and how friendly she was. Also the store and bathroom seemed clean.”
