This location needs to learn how to invest in a bill marker instead of holding up customers money and holding it up in the air looking at it as though they printed the money themselves. Do better Bishopville! Pathetic!

The worst choice of management !!!! Awful place to shop and bless everyone’s hearts that have to work at the Family Dollar in Bishopville Sc across from High Country BP off exit 108. Me and my friend where thirsty so we paid for two drinks before shopping as I was digging in a “goodies basket “ at the front of the store the same lady who has the worst attitude any human should have every time I’ve ever went into this place comes up to my friend and I and asked rudely to hold our bag at the counter… there was only two drinks in the bag and we had the Drinks out so the bag was just a bag … my friend looks at me confused as I was handing her the empty bag telling her she could have the bag. Then I told my friend that she wanted the bag because she must have thought we where planning on stealing or something. This lady not only started hollering and cursing at me telling me I could leave and not shop there as she called 911. She wouldn’t let the lady ring me Up and then proceeded to say “ that’s why they let her color run the store” and “ not my color”.I felt like she shouldn’t be running a store and to not even be able to see her name tag because it was cover by a raggedy zip up hoodie. Not only was this lady racist and way out of line but, she will definitely be the reason that family dollar will not generate much profits , I am sure of it. To run a store someone should have customer service skills and act as if she was a grown up… with OUT customer service skills what was her “title” based off of? Inventory and coming up with employees schedule’s. I won’t stop until I let whoever owns this store know what kind of person they have running around their store letting a title get to their heads and bullying the customer.I wouldn’t suggest if anyone wants to shop at aFamily dollar they not go to this location because you will be treated horrible for no reasons especially if you don’t share the same color as her. Your rights as a American are taken away from us as soon as we pull up in the parking lot of the Family Dollar of Bishopville SC. Across the street from high county bp off exit 108!!!!!

This place is always disheveled. Common items are never in stock. Always need to check the expiration date on foods because you will get burned. I wish more pride would be taken at this location. I often drive several towns over just to avoid stocking carts, wet floor signs, and unhelpful staff

I called to ask if they sold cigarettes by the carton. The girl said no and hung up. I called back and asked if they sold any cigarettes? She said “and, I told you NO! Hung up the phone. How rude. This happened today, October 16, 2021 at 2:57 pm. I won’t be going to that store in Bishopville, SC

Terrible was told by an employee that all the other workers take home all the Lysol and clorex wipes and when we ask for some they saids it is all sold out. Facts.
