Had my Oil Change here this past Monday. Great service. Staff was friendly and professional. Darius did an excellent job and I was in and out in no time and no problems. I had my Oil Changed at 2 previous places in the past and ended up going back for issues.

Place was amazing! I broke down near here about 3 and a half hours away from home. Looked online at the reviews and chose this place to have my car towed. It was after hours, so every car shop was closed, so I stayed in my car (completely my choice) until the next morning when everything opened. I’ll start by saying the entire staff was absolutely phenomenal. They had a family vibe to them, and absolutely emanated true southern hospitality. The front desk was very professional, and upfront about the turnaround on getting my car back on the road. Unfortunately the part that my car needed wasn’t in stock, however my car is a bit unique, so I expected it wouldn’t be. They were upfront about the ordering process and the day that the car would be ready. Car was ready on the date they said, and everything works like it is supposed to. I was very happy with the quick and professional service. If I lived closer, I would absolutely make them my main mechanic. They were even able to reset my mileage alerts that other mechanics were either too lazy or didn’t bother to do.I would absolutely recommend this for mechanical issues!

The greatest compliment I know to give Bishopville Parts is that they affirmed my belief that there are still good people in this world. Going back home from a family vacation we broke down on the interstate 3 hours away from home and my car was towed to Bishopville Parts. Being out of town, we were worried about being taken advantage of and sent on our way. What happened was the exact opposite. Their service was more than fair and they got us back on the road quickly. If they were closer, we would definitely have a new auto shop but the best I can do is hopefully pay Their kindness a tiny bit forward with this review. You saved the day and we appreciate you so much!

I had a heater hose replaced on my car. I drove it for approximately 7 months and had the same problem as before. Upon inspection, I discovered a plumbing part had been used in place of the auto part I paid for. The piece is designed for COLD water and a LOW pressure system. The piece is warped and has holes in it from heat and pressure.
