If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never been so disrespected by a business. I called to get a quote and was told "I am busy, call back when you have all the information." This was after I was rudely cut off when I suggested what might be. They definitely need a CLASS in customer service. Laurinburg will be getting my money today no matter how much it costs. Unreal.

Do not waste your time with this rude technician. If he can even consider himself that - opened a ticket with LG - and they said they would assign a tech to come look at my under warranty LG OLED. Got an email a couple days later saying my service was cancelled and to contact Norris to reshedule - called the number and the guy did not even ask my name or reference number and said I needed to contact LG - and he "Doesn't run the clock for LG and he aint got nothin on his side and he cant help me and he do not know what i am talking about" again .. he did not ask for my name or anything so how could he know if he has a ticket for me? absolutely ridiculous - no wonder he only has a few ratings on google and they are all bad -

I grew up knowing the owner. I knew he was higher than other guys we had quotes from but decided anyway to go with because I knew him. He gave us a quote to install a new liner, which included smoothing out the ground. To start out with he talked rude to my husband on the phone, should have went in a different direction then. Kept putting us off. To start with it was one inground he was putting in, then it was two he had to finish before he got to us. Understandable, I waited and checked in weekly. He then called and said he was coming on the weekend. He came out in a rush, unprepared to do the job. He didnt bring no tools to smooth the sand out, dumped old pool water on the ground where the new liner was going. He came after church and rushed to get it in before a storm came up, which never did. Now my pool has holes, mountains, and wrinkles all in the floor. He never mentioned he wasnt going to redo the bottom, or I would have got in there and smoothed it out. When I finally was able to get in, I found a mess. When I called him he started back peddling saying I didnt pay extra for him to smooth the bottom before laying the new liner and it wasnt as bad as I was saying it was. I have never seen a liner look sooo bad. He had a job to do, and he didnt even try to make me happy with the liner. He could have talked with me about the ground. I honestly dont think it will last 2 years. He needs to slow down and do every job as if it was his own pool in his yard. I assure you I will never use his services again.

Very rude to my wife, expects you to work with his schedule set appointment for about 8am call at 10 and said I had no appointment then changed his story and said he is headed to the shop and would be there shortly. Wife call him at 1130 and told him we have thing to do to get ready for this hurricane coming in on us, he said he is busy and would be there when he can. Wife call insurance company and got someone else. Stay away for this business

Awful customer service over the phone. Too busy for appointments and had a horrible attitude with both wife and myself. They even hung up on me. I don't recommend this business to anyone!!!

Poor customer service. Is too busy to help and makes it seems as if you're bothering him when you call for service. Called another business that helped me immediately.
