My husband and I just left the store. We went in for one item, it wasn't busy at all. We went up to the resister, 2 women were behind the counter, no one said a word, I tried putting my phone number in, the cashier clearly saw what I was doing, totalled the item while I was trying to put it in, then said the price, I said I was trying to put my number in, she just looked at me like I was taking up her precious time and didn't say a word. I know good help is hard to find right now, but my goodness. When did it become the norm for customer service to treat the consumers like we're a bother and they don't want our business.

Store is in a great location, but that is irrelevant, when it is closed at 12:00 in the afternoon, due to "register issues..." not a jab towards the employees at this particular location, but maybe some higher level management can see this and try to improve. I have been to this store at least 3 times in the last few months, and every other time I've stopped, there was a sign on the door mentioning that their debit card machines were down. Sounds like this location is in need of TLC. Dollar General doesn't seem to have a problem with putting up new locations left and right, maybe they could invest in this location?

How can they close in the middle of the day! Sign says will be back open at 12:30 but now it's 1pm and still not open ?

Nice friendly employees. Mine even leaft the register to go help me look for something. Also this particular location on north end of 15/401 is never real busy. !!!
