Drive up window for COVID testing is taking 12-15 min per car. WTH?

Scheduled and had a confirmed appointment for a covid test. Drove over an hour to get here and I get to the window to be told the tech that does the test doesn't get in until 12 o'clock. Had to wait an additional hour to get tested.

OMG!!!!!! The worst customer service. It took them 3 try’s to get my prescription right and I had to wait yet another hour after hearing “We will have it ready in 15 minutes. I would rather take a long ride to another town than to come back to this CVS. (My first and last visit!!)

Awful!!!!!! Long lines at the pharmacy counter and at the drive through window. Auto-refill is a complete joke and always a week late after finally calling to get an update. Excessively long hold times for phone calls when you do call. This has been my experience for a while now... The profit margins from insurance payments are more important than customer satisfaction and the need to keep the pharmacy staffed properly. They can continue to understaff while I look for another option for next month's refills. I'd rather deal with a mom and pop pharmacy because the huge network is no longer worth all of the aggravation. It would be so much easier to transfer my prescriptions via fax or phone between smaller pharmacies when need be and at a much shorter wait time overall.

Charged me two months ($18) for a 30-day prescription ($9). After talking with Express Scripts I believe they are double-dipping on insurance claims if this is a pattern by them. I have not experienced this at other CVS locations and will not go back to this location.

I called and asked about a job application and the manager was completely rude. She said it was a “No No” as if I was a child and immediately hanged the phone up. VERY RUDE WOMAN. The store claimed they were even hiring and she would just shut me down without letting me explain.
