“I took my wife tire to get patched at GA tire, they fixed it but didn't give back my wife's cap for tire, Mr. Cc did not put back on the correct cap for tire, I did not realize it till I got home. I still have y'all a 5 star rating, but am going back down tomorrow morning to get cap. My wife is not happy about it”
“When I say these fellas here are some lifesavers that is an understatement. I went to Midas to get an oil change.. I asked them to look and see why my car was making a whistling noise when I accelerate. They told me my turbo hose had slipped off but they supposedly had “fixed” it. While I was driving I heard the hose pop off this time and a message came up on my dash board saying engine power reduced and my car started to idle really hard and tried to lose power while I was driving.. SoI pulled over because at this point I am having a panic attack. I googled nearest auto repair shop and seen that ATC was 8 mins away I prayed that my car could make it that far and when it did, I came in with no appointment Terry and the fellas immediately went to look at my car seen the problem right away (missing clamp on the turbo hose) and fixed it in 5 mins or less offered to pay them and they told me no need to. I will be definitely going to them going forward with any issues with my car. Thanks guys you all were sweet and awesome!!!”
“This place is wonderful! The staff are nice and helpful. They do offer appointments for some services; I only needed an oil change and that was done very quickly.
I will never take my car anywhere else if I can take it here.
I could see my car the whole time they were changing the oil, my tires were rotated and the technician pointed out the cover on the bottom that had been damaged (I did not know). The technician advised me to get another one from Honda and it could be easily replaced.

“Incredible experience with Bennie's. I have AAA roadside assistance. I Called them for an issue that required immediate service this past Sunday evening. 3 hours later, and no action, I called Bennie's. Jeff answered, and in 20 minutes, he arrived and repaired an issue for my mother's car. This was all done over a phone call as my mothers lives several hours away. Jeff updated me along the way, and I felt very comfortable with what I would be expecting based on the reviews left so far. Jeff's genuine and welcoming nature assured me I was in the right place. He repaired the immediate issue , and the following day, replaced the tire completely. This is a great representation of incredible customer service. Thank you for doing what my AAA roadside assistance couldn't pull off.”

o one tried to push a sale of an extra tire or upsell anything I didn’t need. I have the upmost respect to humans and companies that don’t upsell or try to sell you something you don’t need. Personally, it drives me away from businesses which try to sell me something I don’t need.

“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“Absolutely amazing and honest staff! I went to another repair shop and they told me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced, then quoted me over $1000. I went here for a second opinion and they told me I only needed the front pads and rotors replaced and charged me just under $300. Called around 7 auto repair shops in the augusta area and they were the cheapest. They absolutely could’ve told me the rear needed replacing as well, but they were honest. I would rate them six stars if I could! I’ll definitely be going to them for any future problems, and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I was on my way out of town when our camper got a flat tire. I found that the valve stem had failed, so I called Weathers Tire to see if they had time to change a valve stem if I could get the tire changed and to them. I got there and they promptly changed the valve stem and as I changed it back out from the spare, they helped get the spare back under the camper. Excellent service and price!”
“I own a moving company in Florida and had a job in Graniteville last min and needed 200 blankets I called 10 stores no one had them or didn’t answer. 20 mins later we get a call back from Sonia and Willie letting us know she has headed to multiple locations to pick up the blankets for us. On top of that our customer couldn’t fit them in their vehicle. So Willie drove them over for us! “My husband and I were on our way to the Bass Pro Shop in Augusta, GA on Good Friday when the front passenger side tire of his Ford F-450 blew out. We live in SC and tried calling several shops, but none could get the size tire we needed. I found Two Brothers Mobile Tire from a Google search and they were awesome! They found us a brand new tire, brought it to where we were, and had it on in less than 2 hours. Excellent customer service!!”
