I literally just stopped in about 30min ago to cool off and potentially use a bathroom if it was available. I was walking from my house to a bus stop and encountered a very unpleasant woman working inside the circle k. I asked if there was a restroom I could use while I wait for the bus and without looking up, and in an annoyed tone, I got a flat 'No'. I asked of there was somewhere nearby I could try, and again, without a glance, another annoyed 'No'. I didn't understand why she was in such a foul mood, but I still tried one more time anyway. I asked if I purchased something, then could I use the restroom? She outright ignored me and walked away. When she noticed I was still looking at her waiting for an answer, she grumpily said I could go to the next gas station down the road. Why not say this is the first place when I asked about another place? I understand if it's not your policy to allow restroom users, but you don't have to be so rude or nasty about it. Also, if you maybe dislike your job or are perpetually having a bad day, get a new job or do something else. Don't take it out on the customers. Will never shop or buy gas here now, and will discourage others from doing the same. Why is being nice so difficult for some people?

I do so dread coming to this store on week day mornings cause I have to deal with that damn manager.sometimes I just want to blow up and put her in her place.Its coming, it'll be tactful.I don't know if corporate See's these reviews but they sure need to. First of all, why the heck do I have to play musical doors every friggin morning, should be a fire hazard, I would sue if I got hurt because the door I tried to use was locked.Next, I'm tired of the managers I don't give a*"!" Wait on her attitude.no matter she's doing she will make you wait till she is good and ready to wait on you. I do t know about you, but I don't like to wait on my way to work. I realize they are told to pitch sales but give me friggin break, I DONT WANT A FRIGGIN SANDWICH, I come in here every morning to get my wife a fountain drink on the way to work and every morning without fail DO YOU WANT A SANDWICH. No, No, And did I mention No. I do not want a sandwich now I do not want it later and I do want it with green eggs or ham I don't want a sandwich at all mam. Read my lips, do I have to say it the 253 days I come in here No SANDWICH. With that being said, I'll TAKE IT EASY if I can figure out which friggin door is open

There is this one worker with glasses with blonde hair that tried to fight somebody I think they should get fired and is mad rude but the place is good

I absolutely prefer that NO ONE comes here. I have a very simple reason:- RATS.I walked into the bathroom & the first thing I see falling down from the ceiling is Rat P**** How do I know this? My kid has a hamster & Guinea pig, they all s*** the same.If there's rats in a business, they're probably in the back inventory eating the foods that's being stocked up on the sales floor.Don't come here.

Clean, nice employees and cold drinks. The gas prices we cant do anything about it so we'll just have to deal with it.

Shells/circle k is my preferred place to get gas because of the great customer service I receive across different states. This last time I had an unpleasant encounter with store manager Dorothy. I was in a great mood when I asked “Do you guys do tap to pay” and was greeted by “my name is not guys” I thought she was joking but still tried to explain guys is a general term and she rudely bit my head off saying “I’m not a guy I have a name”. I walked away very perplexed as to why she was so upset. Same store later that day to get corporate information, I spoke with a much nicer young lady that wasn’t the manager. But Dorothy insisted on antagonizing me even when checking out with a different person. She stated “my name is Dorothy and they’ll be able to pull the cameras”. In this case, I hope they are because it seems the manager needs a course in people skills from the store associates.

Worst service ever! Slowest cashier I have seen. Spent more time socializing instead of doing their job. Very disappointed, this store definitely needs a new set of employees, asap!
