$10 for a SIM card is terrible. Yeah, you can order one for free, but they apparently use up to 3 different types, so is there any guarantee that you'll get the right one for your phone? I didn't get the right one the first time online, then going into the store as suggested by support surprised me with this potential charge. And so, on the same day that I had ported in my number to a new line for my phone, I ported out to T-Mobile - where they took care of me, got me set up with a new line as a new customer, didn't make me feel like a burden, and the SIM card was charge-free. Won't ever try Boost Mobile again.

Employee acted as if it was a burden that me and my buddy came in, even though all I needed was a sim card. With a few other reasons she is one of them for which me and my girlfriend and our 2 friends will be switching service when my plan runs out

I am a new customer so I can't really say how Boost is but as far as this actual store goes MiMi (Miran) was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Had my phone activated and set up in just a few minutes and was so pleasant to deal with. Didn't try to push me to spend more money than I needed to.
