Terrible service. I emailed several times over the course of three months about my order and got three messages back several days after I messaged. I was told I was going to get my money back and would still receive my item. It took weeks to get my money back and they never sent me the item. Don't recommend this place at... read full comment

I ordered & paid for something on Nov 30. As of today (Jan 5), I have not received my item. The website says items ship in 7-10 business days . I've now sent three emails, one text message, and one Instagram message asking to cancel and refund. I've yet to hear back.

I have absolutely love Harpykin Designs! I was thoroughly pleased with my purchases and the workers of the company are just darling! I have found the products well made and accurate with sizing. I would highly suggest checking out their website or Instagram page.
