The customer service was awful. When we walked in he sat in awe staring at his phone until we mentioned something about mannerism. Nicotine vapes are overpriced for faulty goods, they work in store but died permanently at 24%. If you go here I hope you have better luck?

Turning off the comments section because you don't like what people are saying online is a violation of the 1st amendment. The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in Davison v Randall that the comment section of a govt agencies' social media (and public officials) is considered a public forum, and govt agencies (and public officials) must abide by the 1st amendment.

Very clean and well stocked shop! New manager is so friendly and knowledgeable of all the products he carries. Their prices are a little higher than other shops, but the loyalty card they give out makes your 6th vape free which makes the price overall average and who doesn’t love getting a freebie?! Overall very satisfied with my experience and I will be returning!
