New hours for the pharmacy ONLY starting 3/19/23. Closed 1:30-2pm for lunch. Su 11-5pm; M-F 9-8pm; Sa 10-5pm.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They lose prescriptions after telling you they are ready. Even if a prescription is Stat, you might get it the next day. There is no management to make complaints to. Worst customer service EVER and lazy staff. Don't make the mistake of using this pharmacy. You could be on your death bed and they could care less about getting your meds filled.

Every SINGLE time we come here, it is a disaster!! The inside is utterly disgusting, like they never clean. The floors have trash all over them. As far as prescriptions... My husband had his seizure meds called in, by his doctor, Tuesday. I waited for 20 mins inside for them to tell me they have no meds for him. Yet....his app tells him BOTH seizure meds are ready for pick-up. He had 3 prescriptions in total. Only 1 is ready. Neither are the seizures meds he NEEDS! The pharmacy tech tells me 1 of the medications is on the pallet in the back since Tuesday. Umm, do what?? So they HAVE my husband's meds in the back, but can't fill his very needed prescription? Then tells me they don't even have his other one in their system, but it's ready on his app.This CVS is HORRIBLE!!

Possibly the worst cvs and customer service in the CSRA. You get a prescription here and by means if they are out of stock they wont call or notify you. Try to contact them? Nope! You’ll be on the phone waiting for 1 hour or more. When they do answer after 30 minutes - 1 hour, they just hang up the phone without any words. If they actually have your prescription in stock, expect 2 1/2 hours to a 1 day wait to actually pick up the prescription. The lines are also terribly long inside the pharmacy and when going into the drive-thru but thats the smallest problem with this pharmacy.

I have been waiting in this pharmacy drive thru line for over 47 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. I understand staffing problems, and I am empathetic to all workers who still show up to their job, to provide a service for us, but this is madness.

Go in for a prescription and two girls are having a heated discussion over who us working tomorrow. Then the gentleman in the back was helping a customer and a female friend drove up to the drive thru and he told the customer to hold on. He then proceeded over to the drive thru and carried on a conversation with her for about 2 minutes leaving the customer at the counter. Bad business in tge pharmacy all the way around.

To elderly or disable people,note entrance to the front door isn't easily accomplished.The handicap area is in the rear of the store. I fell yesterday trying to leave the store at the front door and was hurt.I took notice that others were having the same problem.

Rude, terrible customer service. You can tell they want nothing to do with you and every interaction is an inconvenience for them. The Walgreens across the street is 10x better than the CVS - avoid at all costs.
