Female pharmacists is RUDE. Sounds annoyed just by asking simple questions. If I’m not mistaken she gets paid to answer phone and answer questions??

2 reasons. 1- where are the employees during open hours? 2- why is the pharmacy closed with no explanation? I really to get my child’s medicine and if I had known they were closed I would have made other arrangements at another pharmacy. Very disappointed because now my child has to have go without her medicine. Walgreens needs to do better, but I will be taking my business elsewhere, corporate needs to do something.

I visited this location on 3/2/24 @1040 a.m.
I made a few sale purchases that did not ring up correctly on my receipt. The store manager informed me (with an attitude while wearing Fuschia colored hair) the sale starts on tomorrow and the signs were placed out early to avoid doing it on Sunday. He tried to make the corrections and when I pointed out it was still incorrect, he sighed all the way down the aisle and told me the sale price was unusual. The poorest customer service ever. The cashier was sweet and looked embarrassed for him.
Never again!

For a Walgreens Pharmacy this location is lacking in organization, and with being closed weekend hours i highly suggest someplace else. Sorry to have to post this however, trying in the politest way i can!

I’m only giving it 3 stars because MARY the shift leader is horribly rude!!! I watched her rudely speak to the staff and then to me!! 0/10 would not recommend. However, Essie is such a sweet person and tried her best to rectify the situation. I appreciate how sweet she was, even after MARY was mean.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is easily the worst run store I've ever been too. What follows is typical for this store... Today at 11:00 a.m. I was attempting to check out. There was one lady in front of me and the cashier just walked away without saying a word. We assumed he would be back in just a very short time. After 8 or 10 minutes and no one came back. We looked down the aisle and there was the cashier just standing around. He looks straight at me. Started walking toward us which I assumed means he was coming to check us out but he stopped and started doing something else. He finally came and said they'll check you out down by the photo desk. I went down there and there was no one to be found. After at least 15 minutes waiting to check out. I gave up and went home. Seems like a perfect way to run a store when customers want to give you their money but have to leave because there's no one to take take it. I'll never go back.

I visit the store on Nov 30,2022. Whoever that young man was, I believe he was the store manager he was so awesome, he was so pleasant.he greeted me in such a good way. He showed so much hospitality. He was very helpful solving my Issue at the register. I will visit more often knowing that the young man is employed there.i will give him and the cashier that serve me a five Star.

The store is fine, the pharmacy is awful. Terrible hours- 10-6 everyday and closed on Sundays, on hold for over 10 minutes, and they constantly state my prescription isn't ready/isn't covered when it is.
