Don't deal with this pharmacy. You'll call before they close, just to check to see if they have something in stock. They'll finally pick up and just say hold on, still before their closing time. Then they'll just leave you on hold for 15 minutes past their closing time.Thanks for wasting my time.

I went to Walgreens to do a FedEx return and the two employees helping me (Kayla and Tremaine) were absolutely amazing! They were beyond patient and made sure everything small detail was covered. So thankful for their kindness.

worst customer service ..especially the spanish lady at the counter… she dont know how to talk to people..she is extremely rude and sarcastic..

My husband was & still is in excruciating pain. A specialist recommended pain pills & they refused to honor his prescription!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has cancer and we had a prescription for pain medication. It was ordered on Wednesday and we were told it would be available on Friday. I called and the order did not arrive. The attitude of the pharmacist was too bad, not our problem. They will get it when they get it. They do not care about their customers and it was my fault for not calling sooner. I was told it would be delivered at 4 PM. So, I waited until 5 PM to call to give them time to fill the prescription. Never use Walgreens. Horrible people.

They claim they are open till 6 but NOPE. Apparently they changed there hours 3 weeks ago and are NOT open on weekends now explained the Walgreens clerk. Except they never updated there information online so I wasted a whole trip there. Im always at work so I had to schedule a trip up there and all because they neglected to update that they were closed on weekends now, I couldn’t get my prescription. The clerk did mention that they mention being closed on the weekends on there phone message machine but why wouldn’t they make sure it was updated online. I had no reason to call before going because I always just go up there for it once a month.

Horrible customer service with the worst pharmacy times! Not only does it take 3-4 days to fill a prescription. The only hours they are open are M-F 8-11 and 1-5. Good luck getting your prescription if you have a job. Go across the street to Publix.

Took for days before medicine was ready. Had to make numerous trips to Walgreens, because I was put on hold and then hung up on when I called. I finally get the test kit and lancets… only to realize.. they are the WRONG size lancets. I now have to go back to Walgreens and try to get them to give me the right ones. It’s around $300.00 plus for all of the stuff. I hope they will exchange or refund me. What a nightmare! The EMT warned me not to use Walmart, but I didn’t listen

This pharmacy is now only open from 9 thru 5:30 monday thru friday. When they are open it is very crowded with long wait time. Their solution is to provide chairs for people waiting in line.They are very slow to refill prescriptions. 3-5 days once a refill request is submitted.I'm changing to another pharmacy. Probably Publix right across the street.

They're always swamped, I've never had my prescription filled in less than 4 hours usually the next day. The don't call or text to let you know your prescription is ready (even pre covid) I can't imagine the wait times now, especially since the pharmacy is now closed on the weekend

The workers here are trying so hard, but the pharmacy hours are terrible. My Doctor called in my RX last Wednesday and as of Monday it still had not been filled. Something is very wrong with the way this pharmacy is being managed.

This location has difficulty understanding customer service and communication. Posting closing hours on a sheet of paper on the front door rather than updating online information wastes customer time when seeking services. Difficulty in retaining employees is no excuse to close early without publishing current hours is just wrong while the rest of the store is open. Arrived at 5:02 and the pharmacy clerk pointed to a sign stating closed at 5:00 rather than the temporary published time of 5:30. The time for the clerk to reach into the bin and deliver the prescription would have taken less time than explaining that they were closed. The effort was made to notify 6 days ago on line of the change to 5:30. . If there was a change, continue the process to publish if there are additional changes. This will cost them a long time customer.
