By far the worst phone service in Beaufort. For this particular location, completely unreasonable costumer relations for weeks. The lack of competency from the employees caused a made up bill to get sent to collections on my wife’s behalf. While she’s in the hospital having a baby, she’s getting calls from debt collectors for a business we have no ties to.
Verizon lied to her and told her a more expensive plan would give her “priority” service in the area. Completely made up, couldn’t even send text messages in 80% of Beaufort. Anytime we left home she was without service. She returned the phone, cancelled the plan, moved to T-Mobile.
They later denied receiving the return, ( we have the return receipt) and wanted her to come to the store for whatever reason, but she was due to give birth any day, and informed them she had returned it. They said she has to come to the store to pull up her account, which is a complete waste of time. So now we have to settle a claim with a debt collection service because of this locations Busch league business practices.
Employee: “ It looks like the representative you were dealing with didn’t take your phone off the plan.”
Wife: “ Why didn’t he?”
Employee: “I don’t know.”

I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store! Shari and Mercedes were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided great recommendations for a new phones and plans. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Shari and Mercedes for outstanding customer service. Thank you, Verizon team!

My experience with Shari ( Mercedes Campilango’s trainee ) was phenomenal! I came in for a simple trade-in for a coworker and left with extensive knowledge on how switching to Verizon can be beneficial to me and my family. I look forward to transitioning with her assistance!

Awful. When I went there, the sales rep tried to rip me off with a phone case and then also lied to me and signed me up for a Smart Watch line that I never agreed to, which I am saddled with now. What else can you expect from people that work at places like this, though?

I walked in to the store, defeated from trying to switch from my old phone to my new phone, locked out of my icloud ....Nas opened the door and I asked him if he was patient and he said "very". Long story short, he helped and educated me on what to do and what NOT to do! After patiently doing all he could to get me up and running, he told me I could call him if I ran into a snag and he would walk me through it. He was so helpful and you are very lucky to have him on Tuesdays at your store. Thank you, Nas!

We set out to modify our plan to be more affordable and replace a phone. We were helped by Shika who was gracious and worked very hard to find the right options in our plan to fill our needs. We left very happy with two new phones and a pretty big savings.

I had called asking about an upgrade to my Google Pixel phone. They spent a lot of time explaining my options and even picked up extra stock since I was only passing through this town for one day via boat. Once I arrived at the marina, the bridge crossing the River was under repairs and closed. I couldn’t afford to wait, so I found a closer Verizon store. Austin was very gracious about my change in plans. Great customer service!

Tashika is awesome! I was able to save money on my bill and get a new iPad. She walked me through the whole process of my payment as well as any additional discounts I am qualified for. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied.
